We recently had an electrical fault, we let the team know and they got back to us quickly and with the details of the electrician who would shortly be in touch, and did. It wasn't long at all before he came and rectified the issue and a very pleasant man. We feel confident that any further issues, if at all, will always be dealt with this way, which is very reassuring. Lauren also kept us well informed in the process..

Maria has helped me throughout the whole process, no matter how much of a nuisance I was with my many questions she answered them all really quickly and made sure everything was properly answered.
Thanks to her and the team my plans to move to the UK all became true and I didn't have to bug my friends with crashing in their sofa until I could finally find something.
Rob took the extra effort of drawing out the measurements for me while they werent advertised or previously taken and it was a great help to plan everything for my move.

Rented through Northwood for nearly two years and they made the whole experience so easy. We had a bad experience previously renting from a different local agent and we were nervous when changing properties. Northwood never made us feel like we were at fault with anything and were always happy to help. We only had 1 minor maintenance issue in the whole time we were in the property and it was sorted straight away no questions asked. The move out procedure was so smooth and easy - it made the whole thing so much less stressful than we were expecting! They always tried to accommodate any requests we made and for that we are truly grateful. Thank you Northwood! Would 100% recommend.

I've rented for many years through different agencies yet Northwood have by far outshone the others.
Very professional, thorough, clear communicators, with easy and smooth processes in place and also don't charge fees for anything and everything under the sun except for the standard stuff!
The little things such as notifying various utilities of my move and setting up rent direct debit was good as saved me some time and also the 'New Home' card being a lovely touch all made for an easy, swift and smooth move!

I had a property through Northwood - that when I firstly met Rob. Due to my personal circumstances I needed to move ASAP. After showing me around the property to which he was polite, friendly and professional. I was very grateful how quick, efficient and maintained in great communication with me, whilst arranging paper work. Which reduced my stress massively! Throughout my tenancy he always remained polite with a can do attitude. I then has regular contqct with Harriet whom's customer service was excellent. She understood how sometimes communication was a problem due to my working hours. Harriet always left me a message/email and understood I'd get back to her. She was always polite over the phone. Extremely friendly with again a can do attitude.
When ending my tenancy. I had viewing to arrange to view the property. Both Rob and Harriet respected that it was still my home that I lived in. Worked to do show arounds when it suited me. Respected my home when doing the view in by removing shoes. Wasn't invasive and respected my privacy! Shame over staff didn't.
Northwood would do better with agents like rob and Harriet. They are fantastic at what they do! With the correct work attitude!

Me and wife was put in a position of having to move to cyprus due to work commitments, the inevitable question arisen ( what to do with the house) at the time we was under a enormouse amount of pressure with work commitments.
I decided to rent but didnt want the hassle of dealing with problems whilst abroad working also all the preperatio s before hand. When we met rob from northwoods who offerd the guarenteed rent scheme he literally releived all that pressure he was very knowligable and very informative clearly knew what he was doing. He payed attention to our needs and really cared about our worrys all went very smoothley, i would highly recommend rob for his unqustionable professionalism.
In the future when we decide to buy another house and maybe rent it rob will 100% be my 1st port of call.
