Had issues with the boiler at the property I rent, this was resolved quickly by Northwood. Original plumbing company could not fix the issue as the boiler was still under warranty, Lauren at Northwood arranged for the Worcester Bosch engineer to come out on the same day and hot water is now working again.

With a 100% online process, the team at Northwood handled my application process from start to finish and handover to the landlord absolutely seamless. Even when referees took too long to respond (or not at all) they kept me informed and got the job done. They are also one of the few organisations to actually follow up on referencing leads that landlords are charged for, but are generally ignored by others.
Overall, the team as a whole were professional, friendly, fast and easy to deal with. Special mention to Maria who handled my case and had to put up with the unprofessionalism of some of my referees!

GoogleStaff don’t respond to your emails and when they finally do, they lie about properties no longer being available, despite still advertising them online. It takes 30 seconds to respond to an email. Staff would benefit from attending a customer service/engagement course.

They dealt with any small issues that existed within the property and handle anything with the landlord.
All paperwork can be signed electronically - which is helpful as I cannot see to sign paper documents. This made the process quicker and more efficient.
Northwood are trustworthy and have their clients at their best interests. Highly recommend for any landlord or tenant looking at leggings.
