Jon and his team did a wonderful job keeping me informed as needs be, but also there would be times where I almost forgot about the house, which is testament to how hassle free they made the whole experience. If ever I were in the position where I was looking to rent a property again, i would use Northwood again without hesitation.

I have rented with Northwood for 7 years, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. If ever anything needed doing to the house they were straight on it to get it sorted, not that much needed doing as they rent decent houses. I have just purchased the house from my landlord who lives in another country so Jonathan was the 'go between'. He was so helpful conversing between us and clearing up any questions I had. He helped it be a smooth transaction and went above and beyond to help. An excellent team at Northwood Worcester. Would use them to rent my house out in the future.

The team at Northwood Worcester were amazing in helping us find our new home. They took into consideration everything we required and were quick to deliver. The application process was quick and ran very smoothly. What we liked about Northwood was their wasn't any hidden fees when applied. You just pay your holding fee and in our case guarentour fee and that's it. The staff at Northwood are always very approachable especially Sarah, if I had any queries I would just pop her and email and she'd get back to me within an hour or so. We are now settled in our new home and couldn't be happier! Huge thank you to the team for making all of this happen!

Management of our Rental Apartment.
The initial advice given regarding the best package for us was considered and balanced - we have had no cause for disappointment in the choice we made.
The flat has only been without tenants for about one week in 6 years - most importantly tenants have stayed for prolonged periods. This is in large part due to both the recruiting criteria employed and ongoing service offered them by the agency.
Ongoing response to maintenance issues has been prompt, efficient and has always secured rapid resolution. Work completed by those contractors hired has been of a high standard. Harriet and her predecessors have all been excellent at managing this aspect of our contract.
Jonathan not only advised us well when we first embarked upon our contract but offered invaluable assistance when we decided to finish renting in order to sell.
We're terrifically grateful to Jonathan, Maria and the team for all their work and recommend this branch of Northwood in Worcester without hesitation.
