GoogleWhen we decided to sell our property we invited a number of local Agents round. The service proposition and understanding of the local property market presented to us by Dominique was head and shoulders above the other Agents. The marketing material produced was of a high quality and really did represent our property well, it would have certainly contributed to a sale on the third viewing.
The service provided by Nicole & Co includes regular updates on the chain, negating the need to call our Solicitor. Another great service is assistance to complete the daunting property questionnaire, this was done on an evening in our home. Having someone guide you through and explain the questions definitely helps. This ensured everything was ready to present to our Solicitor once we accepted our offer.
When looking for our new home we engaged with Gemma, who understood our requirements in terms of what our next property needed to offer. She sent through relevant properties that met our requirements, as opposed to other Agents who we registered our interest with, despite spending time explaining what we were looking for they sent us details of properties which were not suitable. I suspect we were just added to a mailing list and received everything regardless of suitability.
You have to expect selling and buying a property to be stressful, however I am convinced this is reduced when you partner with the likes Nicole & Co.
I would, without question, recommend the services of Nicole & Co based on my experience.

GooglePurchased a house in Malvern from a developer who was selling them through Nicol & Co. Initially they were ok but we had a problem with communication with the developer and the owner Matt Nichol said he would deal on our behalf. What followed was 3 months of shocking customer service, constant chasing and basically being fobbed off by Mr Nicol. When I informed Mr Nichol that I did not like being treated in this manner he disappeared never to be heard from again. The sale proceeded through o completion - largely in part to us doing all the chasing and leg work - something you would expect an estate agent to do! If you look through their previous reviews this company is fine when things are running smoothly - as soon as a problem is flagged up they go into melt-down. If the boss don't care how do you expect his staff to... Personally I think there are far better, more professional estate agents in Worcester!
18th June - Just seen the response from Matt Nicol, sorry Matt but as the saying goes never trust an estate agent...
Anyone thinking of purchasing though this company please contact me directly if you require any further information but from my experience (and yes Matt I used to live in Worcester and have bought from other estate agents) I would use another estate agent - especially for renting as their reviews online are frankly appalling.

Dear Antony, this is Matt Nicol replying to your comments made on here and social media.
I think it is important given the nature of your post to clarify some of the points as quite rightly our potential clients will be interested to know both sides. I hope you are settled in to your property.
As you have said it was requested that I stepped in when you felt you could not liaise with my client, something I was very happy to do to appease the situation. It later became clear why communication had broken down and I then began to experience the same.
Firstly, the request to move a wall mounted boiler that had already been installed and used to heat the house to me seemed ambitious. I carried out the request and asked my client [developer] who explained that it could not be done, not only because it was already serving its purpose but also as the piping above had been concealed in the cupboard space in the room above. You weren't happy and made your feeling clear but it was not something that could be changed despite the numerous requests.
Later, the number of emails sent CC'ing all parties were responded to in a quick fashion but it became clear that the issues in the chain related to your own sale and not the property you were purchasing from ourselves. I always responded to any email that involved me if there was a question but I believe this time was spent by you on your own chain.
We always kept our vendor informed of the circumstances relating to dates and mortgage offers and have had no problems mentioned by them.
We always responded to any queries in a swift fashion and whilst I would not communicate directly with you, I sit with and work very closely with my colleagues that responded.
I do not know how you substantiate the claim that other agents in Worcester are better as unless you were buying more than one property how would you know?
