On a number of occasions i have tried contacting the property manager and they just let the phone go through to voicemail. They dont care about tenants. Nobody takes responsibility and i will never let from them again.

I'm looking for a house to rent since one week. I've met 3 agencies at the moment and this was the worste. They sent me an email to confirm the appointment. The agent didn't come and Noone informed me of nothing.

Staff have been unhelpful from day one. Not interested in sorting out issues we have experienced since moving in. Not shown how to work things in the flat, one colleague suggested looking on google. Shocking dreadful experience

Terrible. Never has it been this bad. Right from the first interaction things have been regretful. Not happy with the property, agents or even the area we are presently living in. Overall satisfaction level is very bad.
