GoogleI have never come across a more useless estate agents. Romans Wokingham are utterly unprofessional, unresponsive and overall a terrible estate agents. They will not pick up a single phone call, ignore emails and simply do anything to avoid doing the actual job. I would highly advise not to use them for renting a property or in fact any service.

GoogleWorth ever experience. They are unfair, incorrect and truly embarrassing! As a tenant just run away. Their contract is awful and the worth thing is that even you try to contact them they are not picking up the phone, they are not answering the emails. I am still fighting with them and their nasty landlady to get back my deposit. Never ever again!

GoogleI'm not sure what they do for their fees. Jake always promises a call back but it never happens so I have to chase. It's like they don't want the business. If I was a landlord, I'd be pretty annoyed if I heard that a potential tenant picked another property just because the agent couldn't be bothered.

Our team always try to be easily contactable for our customers over the phone and via email, we expect that queries raised with the team will be addressed within a timely manner and that any calls which are missed with messages left be returned at the earliest opportunity, we’re are saddened to hear that this has not been the case throughout your experience. I have spoken with Jake to discuss your feedback who has stated that while discussing the availability of the property you queried whether a cat would be accepted. As any decision around pets is entirely down to the Landlord it meant that Jake did have to speak with them about this and has mentioned that he advised you that he would be doing this and would come back to you with an update once he had an answer. I understand that before receiving a response from the Landlord that the branch received an email from yourself prompting them for this and so Jake made contact with you to explain that he had not yet had an answer and that this was the reason for the lack of update; I am aware that the following day Jake contacted you to relay that the Landlord would accept a cat at the property however unfortunately at this point you decided not to proceed. After taking into account the points raised above I feel that Jake had attempted to offer assistance by obtaining the requested information to allow you to the chance make an informed decision over whether to proceed with your application, it’s a shame Jake couldn’t provide you with an answer to your query immediately but as I’m sure you can appreciate he couldn’t answer this without being entirely certain. Despite this we would like to offer our apologies that you felt the service you received fell below the high standards we expect of Romans.
