GoogleWe dealt with a number of estate agents before Romans, who all gave very poor customer service and were far more interested in selling properties than finding out about what we as a family want/need. Within one phone call, Adam at Romans understood exactly what we needed, and has shown us numerous properties. Romans have been really flexible and helpful, and we would 100% recommend this organisation above other estate agencies.

GoogleRomans have been amazing throughout the whole process. I was assigned a move manager and they always kept me up to date and responded quick. I also got a welcome pack when I picked up the keys which included soap, beer and some other essentials which was a really lovely touch. Would highly recommend.

GoogleA month ago, we started looking for houses. Viewed quite a number of places and registered with various estate agents. I dont usually write reviews but I feel that if a person is doing a great job, he needs to be praised! After so many encounters with other estate agent! Joshua Mann I have to say have been the only one that stood out! He greeted us with a smile, engaged with us at the right time, allowed us to take our time to really look carefully at the property and most importantly, he always has an answer to every single question and a solution to my objection. I can really tell he not only takes his job seriously but he genuinely enjoys it. Romans is very lucky to have him!

GoogleWorst agency. We arrived at our new house ready to move in the day before yesterday to find the whole property had flooded and the ceiling had collapsed. Since then Romans staff, especially the property managers Josh and Katherine Atkins have made themselves completely unreachable. We are in a situation where we will be homeless in a few days and have had no support or assistance from Romans in securing alternative accommodation. After they initially accused us of causing the leak ourselves, they finally discovered that a mains pipe had burst and that the landlords insurance would pay for alternative accommodation, that was yesterday afternoon. Since then we have left multiple voicemails and emails with no response. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. We have paid 6 months rent upfront and can't even get an acknowledgement of our attempts to contact them.

GoogleAs a landlord this company is a disgrace to letting agents. Very poor service, communication and overall terrible customer service - avoid at all costs as there are better letting agents in Wokingham - you have been warned!

GoogleRomans were very good when getting us into the property, their maintenance however is very poor. The level of service my partner and I have received is far from the high quality they boast about. Avoid renting from Romans if you would like quick responses to your urgent maintenance issues. Cant even get them sorted yourself and invoice Romans as everything has to go through them #WorstAfterCareEver
