I rent out a property with Prospect and have done for over 6 years. Recently had the pleasure of interacting with my property manager in person, but normally the relationship is via email which suits me as I travel often. Since having Chloe on board I am happy I will get a notification whenever something has to be actioned or updates from the tenants etc.

We’ve been tenants for the past year, and our experience with the Nancy S Marla (property manager) has been excellent. She has always been professional, approachable, and quick to respond to any queries or requests. Throughout our tenancy, everything has been handled smoothly and efficiently, and we haven’t faced any issues at all. We recently renewed our contract, which reflects how happy we are with her management and support. Overall, a great experience and we would highly recommend her as a property manager.

I had a very positive experience working with my property agent, Nancy Suri Marla especially when I first moved into my apartment. She was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing the initial questions and issues I had. From queries about the window to concerns around the curtains, she was quick to assist and ensured everything was looked into and resolved as smoothly as possible. Her communication was clear and reassuring, which made settling into the property much less stressful. I really appreciated her proactive approach and willingness to help during that initial period. Prospect (specifically Assistant Manager Beth Murphy) just completed a sale for us of a 4 bedroom property in Finchampstead. Beth gave a pretty good presentation to win our trust at the outset and we went with Prospect over several other Estate Agencies. There were a few wobbles along the way when the eventual buyers were struggling to sell their own home but Beth was great at communicating and kept the process moving along - ultimately to a completion not far short of our asking price (and in excess of what some other agencies suggested we could get). I have no hesitation in recommending Beth and Prospect.

The sale of my maisonette is clearly not a plain-sailing process as the first sale fell through because the buyer was misled by the mortgage advisor about the construction of the maisonette. Thanks to Beth Murphy and Matt Reynolds that, the second (cash) buyer was soon found. We had been kept informed by Beth of the sale, moving the process along and constantly keeping us updated all the way even though responding in late evenings, Credit also goes to Matt Reynolds who advised us after the first sale fell through.
