GoogleWhat a bunch of superstars! I think over the course of the house sale I spoke to almost everyone in the branch but extra special mentions to Lewie and Harmony for all their efforts. Lewie was our main contact and despite the process taking a long time (for various reasons and no-one's fault) he didn't waiver in his determination and dedication to getting the house sold. I felt that they genuinely cared, and have no hesitation in highly recommending them! Thanks guys.

GoogleWe have been to many viewings with David Cliff agents over a 3 year period. We found all the staff to be friendly and polite. We eventually were lucky enough to find a property through them and are very pleased with our purchase. They assisted us with all our questions during the buying process which was very helpful as we were first time buyers. Harmony and Lyndsey were great. Thank you so much. We also loved the beautiful flowers we received on completion. The few issues we had were discussed with the agency directly.

It was refreshing dealing with her as she responded quickly to questions or requests we had during our lease and we always knew we would get an answer if a request was put through to her. She certainly made our experience with David Cliff a good one.

GoogleI cannot rate the service I received highly enough. From the valuation to concluding the sale, the service I received was outstanding. Harmony went above and beyond, she couldn't have done more and Lyndsey, she is just amazing, genuinely cares and worked so hard to get the sale through. Fantastic team of people.

GoogleThese people arent serious... We called them to book a viewing of the house...one woman said no problem, Thursday is fine and she will call to agree the timing. She never called, so we called them again and asked what happened to our viewing.. Man said he dont know no one is in the office but asked us to leave our name and mobile number,assured that someone will call us first thing im the morning.2 Weeks are gone and no one called. Unprofessional,time wasters

GoogleMy partner and I had two properties to sell in Wokingham in order to relocate to our dream house in Devon. For various reasons, it turned out to be a long arduous process, but David Cliff estate agents were absolutely brilliant. When we first shopped around for quotes, they were not the cheapest but also far from the most expensive. There are a few very low cost services out there that offer a 'no frills' service, but we are so grateful that we chose David Cliff as they turned out to be invaluable in so many ways. There were various issues along the way where we needed advice, reassurance and sometimes to understand what our options were moving forwards. The team at David Cliff were always responsive, helpful and professional. I can honestly say they bent over backwards to ensure both our house sales went through and we were able to make our purchase. Joss, who's role is to ensure sales progress and complete, worked tirelessly when our complicate chain looked in danger of falling through. She proactively chased solicitors and smoothed over concerned buyers and remained positive when it seemed as though delays were inevitable. I cannot recommend David Cliff highly enough. GoogleWe recently sold and bought properties with David Cliff in Wokingham. We experienced the usual problems but David Cliff showed total professionalism throughout. I must say that all the staff in the branch were extremely supportive. In particular Harmony, Lyndsey and Rachel were very helpful and accommodating. I would have no problem in recommending the Wokingham branch for all property transactions

GoogleLyndsey Rogers dealt with the sale of my property. She continually chased both the solicitors and the purchaser to find out what was happening, and kept me constantly informed. Lyndsey responded quickly to emails and was totally proactive. She did more, in my opinion, to progress the sale, than either of the solicitors involved. I cannot praise her enough! I think she was almost as delighted as I was when exchange and completion took place! (My partner, who was witness to many of my dealings with Lyndsey, commented that she was the only person that was making things happen.)

GoogleDavid Cliff’s slogan is ‘passionate about property’ and their Head of Lettings Kane Barber’s passion is clearly exceptional customer service. Not just when renting a property but in general, one of the best ever services I’ve received. Always polite and professional and I don’t think I had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a response. He was always two steps ahead and almost like he already knew what the question was going to be and prepared for it, now that’s a service! Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, speak to Kane before making a decision, you will not regret it. Thank you Kane, for all your help and support in securing my new tenancy. Burak

GoogleAfter quite a few years using different letting agencies all with their good and bad points. I finally found David Cliff the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely amazing. No stress nothing was too much trouble and to sum it up such a pleasurable experience re letting our home. Our letting manager Kane went above and beyond his friendliness and professionalism was the best we have ever dealt with. I will definitely be using them in the future and I would highly recommend David Cliff especially Kane to any future landlords.
