David Cliff have been absolutely fantastic from beginning to end guiding me through selling our family home. They have been constantly in touch, answering queries and sorting out issues along the way. I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Harmony for selling and Lyndsey for finalising the sale. Josh and Harmony sold the house in 6 weeks and Lyndsey was amazing and went above and beyond for the sale to complete. I can’t sing their praises enough and would 100% recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property.

I have rang this estate agent five times. Every time I was told that the person I needed to speak to is out covering someone else and I will be called back. Five phone calls and not a single callback, each time I had to ring them again myself. I was eventually sent a video walk round of a property I was interested in and immediately rang back to request to look at it in person. They said they would speak to the present tenant to arrange it and contact me with a time. This time I did not chase them. That was four days ago, the house has been let and I have had no contact from them still. Not impressed.

We completed the purchase of our new house just before Christmas, which could have been much more stressful given that it involved a same-day exchange and completion for both the property we were selling and the one we were buying. While I recognize that the agent primarily represents the vendor, as buyers, we found David Cliff to be exceptionally professional and considerate. This was particularly appreciated after experiencing a nightmare with the agent we used to sell our property. I wish our selling agent had been more like David Cliff, especially Harmony, Lyndsey & Lewie, who were all excellent. They were not pushy at all during the sale, and the entire process went smoothly. On the day of completion, we encountered a problem with a sink blockage. Harmony promptly interrupted her tasks to show us the property one last time, and we agreed to proceed with the completion on the condition that David Cliff would resolve the sink blockage and handle the payment. Fortunately, everything was taken care of swiftly, and the plumber came later that evening to fix the issue. While we don't anticipate moving from our current home for a few years, I wholeheartedly recommend Harmony and the team at David Cliff based on our positive experience.
