She’s so enthusiastic, proactive n with professional attitude. Her help surpassed all our expectations.. All thought it took nearly two weeks to find n finalise this place, David Cliff Estate Agents, Wokingham, Wow I just loved it. Its ambience is simply amazing. It’s really a fantastic n suitable place for me to stay with all the necessary amenities and most importantly it’s very convenient to commute to my work place. GoogleThe first few months were great, The staff are very polite, Have a horrible experience with a broken boiler at a property managed by them, over the week before Christmas. It's 3 weeks now and we have not had it fixed. It just seems like every attempt is being made to save the landlord some money at the cost of out health.
Thank you for your feedback, although your last point is somewhat unfair, and also untrue. After looking into your situation, I found that action was taken the day after you expressed your concerns to our emergency plumber. The landlord had a maintenance agreement with a national third-party service, which required a quote from them. While only the heating was impacted, you still had access to hot water during this time. To expedite the process due to delays from the third-party company, we arranged for our own plumber to provide a quote for a replacement boiler. We ensured you were kept informed, with all communications logged in our system. Once we received all quotes, we promptly forwarded them to the landlord, who accepted our plumber's quote on the same day. We communicated this to you right away, and the plumber ordered the new boiler that day as well. Unfortunately, the boiler's delivery was scheduled for after Christmas, so we provided you with heaters to help during that time, especially since I understand you were away for part of it. The plumber has since reached out to you, and the boiler repair has now been completed. We sincerely apologise for the delay you experienced during this time and want to assure you that the best interests of our tenants are always a top priority for us

It was a particularly challening sale as we under time pressure to sell our property and then the interest rates went crazy. The whole team from Josh, Harmony, Lindsay and Lisa. A specialise shout out to Lyndsey who did a fantastic job looking after us once we had accepted an offer. She chased everyone down to ensure things went smoothly.

GoogleOur house buying journey could not have been more dreamy of a scenario and we have the whole David Cliff team to thank for it. We asked them to find us a house and boy did they deliver; under 7 weeks from offer to exchanging and a total of 10 weeks to completion! The team is so helpful and personally invested in making sure any concerns and all the questions are answered. We love our new home and are so happy to have found it with help from David, Lewie, Harmony, Lyndsey, Natalie and the rest of the team. Thanks again, we are forever grateful!

GoogleAfter switching awa from my initial Estate Agent to David Cliff everything seemed to change. More viewings, better follow up with a very likeable team at the Wokingham office. Selling a house is quite stressful but it was certainly helped by the appointment of the right estate agent. David Cliff stands out from all other Estate Agents I've dealt with and would highly recommend.

From day one, throughout the whole process and through to completion they were fantastic. Unbelievably professional and so friendly and helpful. I was initially dreading the thought of selling my property but they made it so easy and straightforward.I can't praise them enough and I'm so glad I chose them. GoogleWe had a fantastic experience working with the team at David Cliff to both buy and sell a property. All of the team that we dealt with at each stage of the process (Charles, Harmony and Louie and Lyndsey) were excellent. We were kept up to speed throughout, never having to chase them for information. They were professional, friendly and gave us the confidence that they would build rapport with buyers viewing our property. When our chain collapsed ( through no fault of David Cliff) , they were quick to act and secure us a new buyer. Overall we have been very pleased with the service we received and will use them for any future sales or purchases.

GoogleDavid Cliff maintains a high overall score here - you can clearly see they have used a (cheap) SEO agency to write obvious fake reviews, with several giving a different name in the review to their profile and so on. For what it's worth, I think they are a very poor agent - they used one of their friends to 'fix' a leak in the roof of our property where our six month old baby was living, paying him in cash off the books, and of course the leak got worse each time and was never fixed. They then tried to overcharge with additional administrative fees, holding onto the deposit for 2 years (!) after we left the property. What's more, the staff are rude and unhelpful, real provincial low-lifes. Avoid at all costs!
Hi Thomas, Thank you for your review. I have investigated your claims and can see that there were no maintenance issues reported from you for the duration of your tenancy. Therefore, refute your falsity in relation to a leak in the roof. Secondly, as per the Tenant Fee Ban Act 2019, and the emails sent to you on numerous occasions, you decided to terminate your tenancy before your expiry date, so the appropriate charges were advised. Upon you vacating in 2021, the DPS have emailed you in relation to the deposit deductions and awaited your response. There has been no communication from your side until today whereby you received the statutory declaration raised by us for the deposit release. This is the reason you have not had your deposit returned from the DPS. Owning to our friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff, David Cliff are proud to maintain a high overall score for our lawful reviews from trusted clients current and past. We do not need to use an “SEO Agency” to obtain our high score and appreciate we can’t make everyone happy.
