We mainly dealt with Lewie, Harmony, Charles and James. They were all super helpful. Lewie was great getting to know the property and understanding its unique selling points. James has been incredible about helping us chase solicitors and encouraging to speed up the process (plus keeping us sane!!!). He never failed to pick up the phone and reassure us. I would highly recommend using David Cliff and if I was to sell again I wouldn’t doubt to use them again!

Delighted with the service I’ve received from Kane at a David Cliff in Wokingham. I’ve rented properties out in the past but much has changed over the last few years and I needed expert guidance . Kane has done most if not all of the heavy lifting in that department. The property was then let within 3 days of me instructing him. Every interaction has been a pleasure. I seem to recall that after he sorted a few things out for me my reply to his text just said “Legend!” A title he fully deserves. Big thanks to Kane and all the team at David Cliff in Wokingham.

I’ve had 2 chains fall through and was so stressed after nearly a year of going through the house buying process but I have found my perfect next home. Harmony was very knowledgeable and accommodating with the viewings, all the paperwork for the offer and memorandum of sale was sent in super quick time allowing me to secure the property and James in sales progression has been fantastic, with great communication and kept things moving with updates at every step. In summer 2025 I was faced with selling my late parents family home of nearly 50 years, not a prospect I looked forward to. I appointed David Cliff to handle the sale and as I don't live locally agreed they would conduct all the viewings. I have been very pleased that they have achieved the house sale. What a superb team David Cliff has - they are exactly what excellent customer service is all about. Have just sold my father's house after he passed away, and everything was handled perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble - not being based locally, we relied on extra help, recommendations to clear the house as well as advice on how to market the house for a good price coupled with a swift sale, all whilst going through probate. They kept us informed at every step and gently prompted us when needed for the required info to keep things moving. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Honestly, I'm shocked how much they stood out for excellent service and how much easier it made my life during an otherwise very stressful period.

The marketing of our property was dealt with by Charles, Lewie, Harmony and Jasmine and throughout the process they were unfailingly polite, cheerful, positive but professional. They gave us helpful advice and suggestions during the marketing and were always on time to accompany viewings.
