I am early in the process- I’ve been under offer for two weeks. However, I really wanted to leave a review of the service so far. David Cliff have been the best agents I have ever dealt with. Communication has been fantastic, number of viewings has been brilliant and they got me an asking price offer very quickly. I used to be very anti estate agents and have used online companies before to, in effect, sell the house myself but never again! Had a really bad experience with this agency unfortunately. I got my flat through them a while ago as a first time buyer. There was complete lack of helpfulness/guidance, I felt like they only like using the jargon that only people who have done this before would understand. The agent who showed me round wasn’t friendly at all, in fact seemed uninterested, almost like he couldn’t wait to be done with me. In email correspondence again I didn’t get helpful answers, and there was a complete lack of empathy. Maybe it’s because they expect everyone to know everything about buying a property. I certainly felt like a fool asking what I thought were fair questions. I was very relieved when I got my keys as I constantly had a nagging feeling that something might go wrong, so careless the two people I worked with came along as. I’m glad others had a good experience, I’m probably just the unlucky exception!

From the very first visit, David was helpful, informative and most importantly (to me) there was no “hard” sell. The team were friendly, professional and kept us informed at all times, nothing was too much trouble. Lyndsey especially went above and beyond the call of duty when our move hit complications.
