Throughout the process the communication was clear and quick and when we were unable to reach our contacts David himself was always quick to respond to our queries. Everyone we dealt with was as eager as us to keep the ball moving, and were very prompt in chasing elements that we requested. Highly recommended.

GoogleAdvertised the perfect property for our needs. Called up told there was a lot of interest would be Called back next day. 2 days later chased this after no call, told the same thing, no call back received. To this date the property has been readded to zoopla, and yet we still have not been called back.

Hi John, was this the part ownership property? If so it was explained to everybody that we have 30 viewings pre-booked and now have to wait for further vieiwng slots if the property isn't sold proir. If not, do get in touch as this doesn't quite add up.

GoogleI had lived in my house for 30 years so my experience of selling and buying was somewhat out of date and I did need a fair bit of hand holding and guidance. I got a few quotes from estate agents, some cheaper, but I felt really comfortable with David Cliff, their professionalism, their approach and their enthusiasm for marketing my property. They gave me constant updates and advice on viewing and offers. Following acceptance, Joss then took over and guided me through the whole process, liaising with all other parties, chasing them when required, keeping me informed and most important of all, calming me down when required. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

They made it easy to get into a property too- always prepared to get me in at my convenience. I really rate them highly.
