GoogleAs I live in Cornwall, when it came to selling my property in Wokingham, I was delighted to meet David Cliff and ask him to act on my behalf. I thought the fees were reasonable too. The team has been outstanding, from providing the initial photographs (which I thought were really good), to showing people around, through to finalising the sale. At all times I was kept informed. All members of the team have played their part to make things easier; getting rid of an old washing machine, sending on post and reading meters! I really appreciated all their help and thoughtfulness. I would highly recommend David Cliff and his team.

GoogleWhat a fantastic team! I've never felt so looked after by an estate agency before. I was always kept in the loop even if there was not a lot to share, so I never had to chase or call them. My shared ownership sale was handled extremely poorly prior to me approaching David Cliffe. It was stressful and I had no idea what was going on. Once the sale was handed over, David Cliffe provided more viewings in 24 hours that the shared ownership team had in 5 months. The David Cliffe team work seamlessly together and provide a service second to none. I cannot sing their praises enough. I will absolutely go back to them again and again. Simply fantastic. GoogleFrom agent to agent, when I see we are involved in a chain with Lyndsey at David Cliff I know there is going to be trust and great communication. Having worked along side Lyndsey for serval years previously, she is refreshingly good at what she does and genuinely cares about her clients and goes the extra mile. It's very reassuring for us both when we are working together for our clients as we make an excellent team! She is an incredible agent and one that a lot of other agents could learn from. Spoke to a lovely lady called Harmony who put me in touch with another lovely lady called Charlotte who explained the process thoroughly and made me feel really at ease about the whole thing. Can’t recommend both Harmony and Charlotte enough.

GooglePurchased a property through David Cliff and found them to be professional and informative throughout. Our chain was slightly complicated however Lyndsey held everything together and probably kept the chain alive. She is a credit to the company and is a great example of how David Cliff work
