GoogleFrom start to finish these guys were outstanding! I had my property on the market with an online agent and couldn't sell.
David Cliff estate agents took my property on at a great rate and sold within 6 days.
We liked them so much, we are selling our next project through them!
Highly recommended

GoogleThe worst estate agency I have dealt with. They are just bothered about the rent and the landlord. They didn’t maintain the property as per the agreement and at the end of tenancy deducting a huge amount of deposit money for the things which they should have done. Absolute nightmare to deal with them throughout the tenancy term.

GoogleMaybe slightly unusual to review as a buyer, but Luke Strzadala showed us around a property and was superb. Knowledgeable about the property and area, open and honest. He also followed up intelligently. Not pushy, or too frequent.
He's doing a good job for the sellers.

GoogleDavid Cliff have worked really hard to help us sell our house in Wokingham in a little under three weeks. Lewie, Harmony, Charles and Josh have been nothing but professional and have achieved a great result in double quick time. I’d certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, honest and hardworking agent around Wokingham.

GoogleI have been dealing with David Cliff Estate Agents for many years. If they were a football team, Lyndsey Rogers would be first on the team sheet every week. Fantastic at doing exactly what it says on the label. You want something done. she does it, and always with a smile on her face.

GoogleBrought a property through David Cliff in September 2021 and could not recommend them enough in this instance, they were always on hand throughout the whole process and were quick to respond anytime there was a query. They also assisted greatly with some rather last minute legal issues which meant the sale did go through on the agreed date.
Very happy.
