My wife and I were looking to move to Woking and Scarlett helped us every step of the way in securing a really fantastic rental of a property that ticked all of the boxes, so we would highly recommend Townends Woking if you're currently searching for a property in this area. We were kept up to date with all developments throughout the process and were able to book in a quick viewing on the day we were informed our offer had been accepted which helped us in quickly confirming our interest in the property. Waterfalls Sales and Letting is such a pleasure to work with, we have been renting through them for the past 5 years. They took time to inspect every detail of the property when we entered; i.e. on behalf of the landlord and they kept inspecting frequently to ensure that the standards are kept high. From our perspective every request we raised with them was met successfully from repainting the property, replacing heaters that were not working to periodic plumbing issues and all was done in a timely manner. We are very lucky and happy to have such a responsible agency with high class staff like Lyndsay and Kate who puts a smile on your face in every conversation. They are highly recommended agency that we continue to work with upto now and beyond.

We first dealt with Andrew Waterfall back in 1993! ...selling our first house and buying our second through them and again just recently for our 3rd home. Their professional approach stands alone compared to their competitors. This is coupled with their empathy, honesty and knowledge of the property market. Our Sales Consultant, Matthew Parr, was brilliant and the whole team work together to maintain the continuity of the sale/buying process throughout and keeping you up to date with the chain process. All staff are clued up with every client so you feel part of their team and not just a statistic!
