Woking Office Shona West managed and project managed a very substantial and complicated home flood insurance claim , which took 9 months to complete. She consistently addressed and followed up with Insurers and communicated and appraised us of progress. Her suppliers were excellent as was the main contractor Westworks and team, who put the house back together. We have worked with Shona for the past 5 years who has delivered outstanding service for which we are most grateful.
