We recently sold through Waterfalls and our sale was managed by Dan, who was excellent throughout. The process was smooth and efficient, our house was listed very quickly and the communication was great throughout. I found the online portal really useful as well. Whenever Dan checked in with me to update me on the sale it was clear he and his team were being proactive and keeping things moving along. I asked a lot of question as it was the first house we had sold and Dan was always willing to answer the questions and I trusted the advice he gave us. We have just completed the purchase of our new home in Horsell which was dealt with by Matthew Parr. Although it was a long drawn out process (through no fault of Waterfalls), Matt was proactive, polite, helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I only have praise for the staff of Waterfalls, Woking. They have recently rented a flat out on my behalf. Shona was great and worked quickly and efficiently to find the right tenant and within a few weeks all the paperwork was completed and the new tenant was ready to move in. The service provided has been exceptional. The purchasing process was very straightforward, even when the vendors relocated overseas, Waterfalls made sure the vendors and I had regular updates and that transactions were completed on time. The lettings team provide me with reliable market assessments, accurate rental valuations and tenant options. The property maintenance team deliver a reliable and consistent service. I have been very pleased with the service that I have received from Waterfalls while we have been renovating a terraced home that we purchased as a buy to let in Woking. Living far away in Singapore, I was concerned about how difficult the process was going to be, renovating and renting out a home while we live abroad. But the whole process from sale to renovating to rental has gone off smoothly. Shona has been great in getting the various contractors to give us reasonable quotes and do their jobs in time, she has gone the extra mile helping with choosing carpets and giving me good advise and the best part is as soon as the work has been completed we already have a tenant for it. All in all seamless and hassle free service for buy to let landlords who live abroad. I would definitely recommend them.
