GoogleOutstanding service every step of the way! Right from the get-go, the valuation, sales strategy, sale process and exchange process were all above and beyond my expectations. Always on top of their game, and keeping us informed. Worked very effectively with counterparts up and down the chain, and with the solicitors. Excellent at keeping up the momentum. I'd recommend them to anybody.

FacebookAppalling, disgusting and insulting service is what I have come to expect from Stirling Ackroyd. I have been a landlord with them managing my property for the last three years, and my experience has been terrible at every turn. Clowns, jokers, and scam artists are how I would characterise every person I’ve interfaced with during my time with them. Do yourself a favour, and stay away from this pathetic, low-life, work-shy joke of a company.

GoogleMoved from Ireland to Woking last month. Max at Woking townends was so helpful from start to finish with helping me and my partner find the right home at the right price. Due to sorting the rented property from outside the country during COVID, Max gave us many pictures and videos and reassured us of the quality of the lease. He assisted us throughout the referral process and had the property ready for us upon arrival. Max and the rest of the team at Townends (Rich and Zac) helped us in the final stages of getting the property as well as moving our bags with us to the new lease. They were all genuine, kind and very helpful lads who were with us from start to finish of our move. GoogleWe rented a house for 3 three years through waterfalls and have always found everyone to be extremely helpful and professional. Apart from once during our quarterly inspection where I was told it was unacceptable to have leaves in my garden in October after the trees lost their leaves, perhaps I should have been stood under then tree with a bucket to catch the leaves as they fell. Anyway, recently the boiler broke and Bel, the property manager, was great at trying to get it fixed as quickly as possible and even offered us the use of her shower while we waited as we had no hot water. It was very kind of her and is the true definition of going above and beyond. Thank you to everyone at Waterfalls for a stress free rental experience!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleRented a property through this company. Communication was slow and on same parts we were chasing them to complete parts of the process. When we had some issues with the property that needed work we had to chase several times. Now using a local company and they are really swift and proactive! Improvements needed from waterfalls.

GoogleWe recently enlisted Waterfalls to sell our house. It was the best decision ever made. In woking there are some estate agents that are not the most honest of people who promise the world & more money for your property but just dont manage to pull it off. You can be rest assured you will only ever hear honest & sound advice from the team at Waterfalls. While they are all very friendly & efficient we had a lot of contact with Matt who is amazing. He was on the ball all the time & didnt miss a trick. We were so pleased with our outcome we recommended them to our neighbours. They sold in 2 wks ! another local agency had the very same house on the market for 7 months without any success. this speaks for its self A HUGE thank you to the team.

FacebookVery keen to take your money, no interest in adhering to the legally binding contract once the money is in their pocket. Poor communication would be a flattering description for the complete inability to communicate. Would avoid completely.
