FacebookAbsolute bunch of cowboys. Bottom feeders. Only low life landlords use them. Avoid any property to let with them. No education needed to work in lettings, and it shows.

If you have plenty of time to negotiate with them, please use them! If you are extra money to prepare to change solicitor during the whole process, please use them.
