By far the best were Townends, primarily due to Anna, who came back to me immediately, was always at the flats before me, always knew detail of each flat and was just extremely professional and friendly ! Avoid renting with them if there is lady called Liz Owen involved with the property you are planning to rent . We moved out last August and still no deposit back she is hiding and the agency is doing nothing about it .All they did was rolling yes and saying well we know it’s difficult with Liz we have lots of complaints about her .

Worst agency in th world!! Stay well away.As a landlord they allow my tenants to breach their contract. I don't allow pets they let 3 dogs stay in my 1 bed flat and an extra tenant and then have the gaul to tell me that they cant do an inspection as the tenants need peace and tranquillity when they are breaching their contract. They never reply to emails or calls. Some of the staff are so clueless you may as well employ chimps. NEVER EVER USE TOWNENDS.if minus points were available they would get it Also their fees are ludicrous and they over charge for everything. Their own handyman couldn't even measure a washing machine correctly. Stay well away if you are a landlord. If a tenant go for it as they let you destroy property and breach contracts as you need a peaceful life!!

We recently bought a house through Waterfalls. Having dealt with numerous estate agents during our search, I was immediately struck by a difference in the way Waterfalls operate. They are more professional and more personalised in their approach. They ensured that updates were shared amongst the team, so that whoever I spoke to, they knew our situation. They knew their properties well and got to know our needs, working hard to connect the two. Having found us a fantastic house, they then managed the process of negotiation and beyond very well. We wouldn't hesitate to sell our property through Waterfalls when the time eventually comes around.
