We received a brilliant service throughout with Waterfalls, we were buyers of a property listed with them, Anna and the team were professional and supportive from the first viewings right through to completion. Would fully recommend to anyone in the area as the service they provide to prospective buyers was unrivalled compared to many others which does make a big difference in what can be a very difficult process. I hope not to move for a long time but when I do Waterfalls will certainly be my first call!

Very disappointed with how lily was not a true professional We went to see a flat made an offer I understand she would comeback to me but she never did I understand landlord might had accepted another offer But not getting back to us after we called you times and emailed you twice You said you will let us know once landlord decided It’s 3 weeks now and have not heard a thing Obviously it show you are disrespectful and rude

I put my flat on the market May 2019 with Townends Regents in Woking. Zach and Kevin have been true legends throughout. I had 4 buyers waste time but each time a buyer pulled out Zach and Kevin got viewings and another buyer very quickly. The 5th buyer was genuine and the sale went through. All through the entire process Zach, Kevin and Maxine worked tirelessly to chase people up and get things moving. More importantly they all took an interest in my journey and didn't treat me as 'just another property sale'. All went over and above the call of duty to get my flat sold. Best bunch and I would most definitely highly recommend them. It's not about cost all the time, customer service is invaluable and you definitely get fantastic customer service from Townends Regents. We sold our property through Waterfalls. Anna Doyle and Matthew Parr have been absolutely fantastic in making the whole process as smooth as possible. Despite a number of hiccups up and down the chain they worked really hard with all involved to ensure the sale went to completion. Their professional and calm attitude really helped in what became a pretty stressful time. We are very grateful for the time they took keeping us informed of what was happening and for answering our calls whenever we needed reassurance. We have no intention of moving again for a long time but if we do we will definitely use Waterfalls and will not hesitate in recommending them to others.

Townends are by far, in my opinion, the worst Estate Agency out there, and have been an absolute nightmare, as tenants, to deal with. The majority are unprofessional, unreliable, utterly useless and complete liars. I will never, ever, use this company for anything ever again. If you ever use this company then proceed with extreme caution. Dont expect to ever be called back once they have your money, don't expect property repairs to be dealt with without you chasing them persistently (over one month without hot water or heating in Dec/Jan time), dont expect documentation to be fully accurate, dont expect them to turn up to viewings but instead ask the current tenants to show you around. Do expect them to lie to put the Landlord to shame, even though they are at fault (as confirmed by the Lanlord) do expect your property to be left insecure when they have attended, do expect your property to be damaged when they have attended, do expect to speak with people who do not carry out actions they say they will. Do expect rudeness and disappointment from day 1...I could go on. Townends Woking, property management and rentals in particular, should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, the last 4 years dealing with Townends Woking has been a nightmare.

Waterfalls Sales and Letting is such a pleasure to work with, we have been renting through them for the past 5 years. They took time to inspect every detail of the property when we entered; i.e. on behalf of the landlord and they kept inspecting frequently to ensure that the standards are kept high. From our perspective every request we raised with them was met successfully from repainting the property, replacing heaters that were not working to periodic plumbing issues and all was done in a timely manner. We are very lucky and happy to have such a responsible agency with high class staff like Lyndsay and Kate who puts a smile on your face in every conversation. They are highly recommended agency that we continue to work with upto now and beyond.
