From the moment we inquired with Waterfalls regarding putting our house on the market, to the point of completion, we couldn’t have had a more positive experience. We recently sold through Waterfalls and our sale was managed by Dan, who was excellent throughout. The process was smooth and efficient, our house was listed very quickly and the communication was great throughout. I found the online portal really useful as well. Whenever Dan checked in with me to update me on the sale it was clear he and his team were being proactive and keeping things moving along. I asked a lot of question as it was the first house we had sold and Dan was always willing to answer the questions and I trusted the advice he gave us. I would recommend Waterfalls and Dan without hesitation, they are a proactive and efficient agent. Thanks again to Dan and the team.

Even though I recently moved to the UK thus no idea about the rules and process for renting staff, Sue from Waterfalls in Woking took care of me and family great and really appreciated for her professionalism, patience and endless support. She helped us in every steps of the Rental process by explaining each steps very carefully. Also, she answered my all questions as well as she was reachable and responsive even her time-off. Nisha from Woking Office helped us a lot regarding the documentation and relations with the landlord. Even all people in the office were very friendly and helpful when I stopped by. This review is for Nisha Mazhar specifically! We’ve been at our rented flat for almost 3 years and have raise numerous complaints to the previous property managers with very little action every being taken. One ongoing issue was of a silverfish infestation that was present before we moved onto the property. Nisha has gone above and beyond since taking over the property manager duties and organised the issue to be handled as soon as we raised it to her, even going so far as to mention some home remedy options that we could implement whilst we waited for the pest control appointment. We’ve dealt with around 5 property managers in our time here, but Nisha has been the only employee that has taken the time and initiative to respond to our concerns with understanding and efficiency. She is an absolute asset to this company and has single-handedly restored our faith in Waterfalls as a company, which was lost due to the previous property managers’ poor handling of communication and complaints. A huge thank you to Nisha for her dedication and hard work!

I only have praise for the staff of Waterfalls, Woking. They have recently rented a flat out on my behalf. Shona was great and worked quickly and efficiently to find the right tenant and within a few weeks all the paperwork was completed and the new tenant was ready to move in. Shona kept me well informed every step of the way. My previous dealings not long ago with Waterfalls was for selling my Mother’s house, Steve Mantell was equally excellent and very professional and went the extra mile to make sure all ran smoothly. We have just completed the purchase of our new home in Horsell which was dealt with by Matthew Parr. Although it was a long drawn out process (through no fault of Waterfalls), Matt was proactive, polite, helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond to speed things up when it looked like the purchase wouldn’t complete before our mortgage offer expired and managed to save the day! I have been very pleased with the service that I have received from Waterfalls while we have been renovating a terraced home that we purchased as a buy to let in Woking. Living far away in Singapore, I was concerned about how difficult the process was going to be, renovating and renting out a home while we live abroad. But the whole process from sale to renovating to rental has gone off smoothly. Shona has been great in getting the various contractors to give us reasonable quotes and do their jobs in time, she has gone the extra mile helping with choosing carpets and giving me good advise and the best part is as soon as the work has been completed we already have a tenant for it. All in all seamless and hassle free service for buy to let landlords who live abroad. I would definitely recommend them.

From our first viewing with them their service was clearly superior to other agents we had been on viewings with so immediately booked them to sell our property. They helped us to showcase our home at its best and were realistic and accurate about pricing (Other agencies were inaccurately over pricing our home, that I felt might have been a tactic to get busisness). Anna and Matt were in contact with us at every step of the way and offered invaluable advice about offering and negotiating on the property we wanted to buy.
