The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. I will be recommending them to everyone!

We sold and purchased through Foundations recently and were highly impressed with the service. Adam was a pleasure to talk to and Les has excellent knowledge on property market. We used multi agents for sale and our house was under offer through Foundations within one week. After that, Lalena has been particularly brilliant throughout the process. We purchased a property through foundations Woking and I have to say that Lalena was fantastic, out of all the estate agents in the chain Lalena seemed to be the only one that put real effort in to getting the sales through which at times looked like it would fall through however thanks to Lalena it didn't. Absolutely fabulous when looking at properties, attentive in making appointments and sending the documentation. That is where the good stuff ends. They are rude and arrogant from the very moment they know they have you hooked i.e. when you pay the holding deposit. They change the contract so you are tied into more fees and have no one available at the appointment you have made to collect the keys and collect the contract. You are told you are not allowed to change the contract without permission but when there is no one in lettings and you have no where else to go you have no choice. They do not answer queries, I lived in a property rented by them with faults for the entire 10 month tenancy period. They do not read your emails and send you standard replies, leave you living with a leak (confirmed as a leak by the landlord) for 3 months. Then when you ask for a break down of charges they are rude and unprofessional in emails to contractors or colleagues which they then forward to you! BEWARE BEFORE USING, I certainly would not go near these "professionals" again.

Bitterly disappointing service from such an unprofessional company. After putting an offer on a property which was eventually accepted, I went on to apply for a mortgage and a suitable solicitor. Both were successfully found and my mortgage was approved. Almost 2 weeks went past and no word from Foundations. They fail to reply to emails and so calling them is a must. After a few attempts of requesting the order of sale, we was still yet to receive it. 1 last call was made to ask why it hadn't arrived. Contact on the phone said that he would call back and find out what was going on. No return call was made and after looking on their website, we found that the property was taken down. We cancelled our mortgage and solicitor and luckily did not have to forfeit any costs. But if we didn't make a decision to do this when we did, a £499 fee would have been paid to the bank and a £500 deposit to the solicitor. I would strongly not recommend them to anyone, whether you are selling or buying. I agree with the other comments made, poor communication and lack of customer service. Disappointing!!!

I dreaded the need to move house, for all the stresses and strains usually associated with buying and selling a house, and having to deal with a 'typical' estate agent. I have to say however, dealing with the entire team at Foundations of Woking was nothing like that. Every interaction with them was efficient, professional, clear, sensible, and so friendly - their representation of us as a buyer and seller felt fair in every respect, and the advice and guidance they provided throughout the process helped make it as stress free as possible, despite things going wrong. I've read some of the other reviews here and I can only suspect foul play as they are nothing like our experience of what is quite obviously an expertly run independent agent. Foundations came highly recommended to us, which is why we chose them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them onto anyone who wants an agent who talks sense, and with honesty, integrity and obvious expertise.

We recently purchased our new house, and the seller's estate agent was Foundations. Our experience was excellent throughout the entire process. Lalena at Foundations in particular was a huge help, always available when needed, even working anti social hours throughout the evenings and weekends to help us with any queries we had. Where purchasing a new house can be quite a stressful process, Foundations made our life much simpler. Should we ever look to sell/purchase a property in the future, we would 100% look to use Foundation as our estate agent, and I would highly recommend to anyone.
