Marketing material was very high quality and the open day arranged for our house led to a quick sale STC and was managed extremely well by Kerri, with feedback on the day. We were also confident that those viewing were in the position to proceed to purchase, thanks to the checks made by Les and the team. Communication with the whole Foundations team is easy and responsive, which was greatly appreciated during what can be a stressful time. Lalena, who progressed our sale, was absolutely amazing. She was focused, professional and calm, in constant communication with us and was instrumental in moving things along. GoogleThis was the first time that I had rented without a direct line to my landlord and, having heard all of the terrible stories about managing agents, I was trepidatious.
I am very pleased to say that Foundation fulfilled none of those negative expectations. Not only did they act promptly and helpfully during the engagement process (even setting up the utility accounts for me), but at all times through my 3 year tenancy, they acted politely and promptly.
Issues on move in and through the tenancy were dealt with swiftly and to my convenience (i.e. they asked when would be best for contractors to visit), and the work was always completed to a high standard and, from my point of view, hassle-free.
One of the great advantages of dealing with a company like Foundations (as opposed to some of the giant agents) is that I had directed access to the founder of the business if I needed to (e.g. when I needed a swift reference to rent a garage).
Moving in with my other half was the reason for terminating my tenancy, and Foundations also behaved brilliantly there too, informing me in good time when viewings were arranged, providing a prompt onward reference, organising cleaning and, importantly, promptly repaying my deposit (in full!).
If you need an estate / managing agent in the Surrey area, I highly recommend dealing with Foundations.
(And, I promise, they are not in any way related to me, I just had great experience from them which was sustained over three years.)
