Google5* service from start to finish. We’ve used Foundations a number of times now, for both sale and purchase and we couldn’t wish for more. GoogleSimply outstanding client service delivery from the outset to the day of completion. This family run and client focused business is an absolute must to instruct if you are looking for total and unwavering support when selling a property. This team went above and beyond at every opportunity and their proactive communication both via email and directly over the phone was second to none. At no point did I ever feel like I was having to chase, far from it - a super proactive team all round. In the final stages of the process, Lalena was spot on. She was highly professional, positively tenacious and very transparent throughout the final stages, I seriously could not have wished for anyone better to have dealt with in the sales process. Thank you to the entire Foundations Team….you have a fabulous and totally customer driven business model which many other organisations could learn a huge deal from! From day one they have been brilliant in finding us a place to rent, making sure the whole process was smoothly carried out from start to finish and resolving any issues we had during our tenancy quickly and efficiently. As an Independent and family owned Agency they genuinely care about their clients and this is evident to see in the way they treat people. Fantastic!

GoogleWe rented a property about a year ago and we could not have asked for a better lettings agency. Gero, Gillian and John were very helpful during moving in, but also during moving out. Very easy to deal with, fast communication, highly flexible and very, very professional. It is rare to find a good lettings agency these days but Foundations of Woking are excellent and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleCan’t recommend Foundations enough. The whole process from valuation (Les) to sell (Lalena) was 5 ⭐️. Their communication was excellent. I was kept up to date with all the viewings; even when I was out of the country. Lalena was brilliant and has restored my faith in Estate Agents. I’m so pleased our solicitor recommended them. They put 100% into their work, even giving updates over a weekend . So friendly and really care; would definitely use them again. What more can I say apart from Lalena took the stress out of the whole process and was absolutely brilliant 10/10

GoogleThe team at Foundations was always there to iron out any issues. They arranged several viewings for us so we could see the property with all of the family. Kerry Morales really sold the property to us as she showed us around, Les Morales was helpful with the negotiations, and Kevin stayed in touch with us over 7 months keeping us updated. In the end Lalena came through with handling the exchange and closing to our satisfaction. Thank you for finding us a house we can call home.

I had all support all the time when i needed, every problem was sorted immediately, they answered immediately to my emails with my concerns and they took action. Landlord very kind and understood the high cost of living and didn't raised our rent, after we had a welcome baby in family. GoogleWe very recently sold our property through Foundations so huge thanks to Les, Lalena, Enza and all the team for their excellent professional services. We considered a number of agents but as a result of meeting Les we chose Foundations to market our property. The marketing literature itself was superb as was the photography. They held an open day for viewings on a Saturday and just 2 days later by the Monday we had accepted an offer for the full asking price. Lelana was our primary contact through the sale process. Despite experiencing delays due to issues beyond our control elsewhere in our chain, we always felt very reassured by the fact that Lalena had our back, pro-actively working tirelessly on our behalf to ensure that everything eventually got resolved. Superb company providing excellent service and support and a super bunch of people. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe sold our house with Foundations this summer. It was a smooth, straightforward and honest experience. From the beginning to end; scheduling of photos, viewings and surveyor appointments etc, we had a good level of communication and helpful advice throughout. Foundations helped us secure a good offer on our property from a vetted, serious buyer. There was no time wasted and this resulted in an efficient transaction all round. All the team members were friendly and every staff member we spoke to knew about our property and so they were able to update us of the status of our house sale. We would not hesitate to work with Foundations in the future.

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased our new home through Foundations. The sales process was seamless with photographs and house viewings undertaken quickly and easily. We felt like care and attention was being taken throughout with interest in the finer details of our property. Similar care was taken in the house we purchased, Foundations were really amenable allowing us to have multiple viewings with multiple family members. Foundations continued to support and push the move along despite some bumps in the road (none of which were Foundations fault). Thank you Foundations and particularly Lena in getting it all over the line, we really appreciate it!

GoogleI would encourage everyone to avoid at all costs. Consistently unprofessional, dismissive, and negligent. Allowed me to move into a property with a known history of mould and illness (confirmed by neighbours and previous tenants), which they failed to disclose. Ignored serious mould and safety hazards despite doctor’s notes confirming the impact on my 1 year old child’s health. Delayed urgent repairs for months - including leaving the property without stair wall/banister support, with multiple no-shows from contractors, during which my son fell several times and was taken to hospital with a head injury. Broke promises, gave contradictory statements, and showed zero care and respect for tenant welfare.

GoogleWe received a high-level of care and attention from Lalena, Kerri & Les. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt well-informed throughout the process & would happily recommend them for anyone in the Woking area 9 weeks from going live on rightmove to accepting an offer to completion. Can't say fairer than that!
