GoogleWe enlisted Foundations to sell our house in Woking and were very impressed with the service they offered. They were able to secure us a great offer on our property quickly and helped us navigate a difficult chain. In particular, Lalena was amazing at managing the communication between all parties and keeping momentum going. I don't think we would have managed to complete the sale without her! I would recommend Foundations to anyone looking to sell their property.

They have excellent local knowledge, solid experience and mature negotiators. What makes them stand out from the crowd? A “First Class” after sales team. Lalena, worked tirelessly, following up with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage offers and all the varying people within the chain. Consistently going the extra mile and even arranged for buyers and sellers to meet when certain points perhaps had been lost in translation between lawyers. Foundations simply go above and beyond, making them best in breed.

GoogleFantastic service from Les and the team from valuation all the way through to completion. Foundations marketed our property very effectively, generating a large number of viewings very quickly and achieving multiple asking price offers. Communication was excellent and viewings were organised in such a way as to minimise the time we needed to be out of the house. In the meantime, Les came to us with focused and well thought-out options for our onwards purchase. Once we accepted an offer on our property, Lalena was our main point of contact and truly went above and beyond. She chased and resolved issues further down the chain, which strictly speaking should have been dealt with by other agents at the bottom of the chain. Many other agents would not have taken it upon themselves to do this and I genuinely believe our chain would have fallen apart were it not for Lalena. GoogleI recently purchased using Foundations and my service was excellent. I dealt with Adam for the majority as my sales rep. He was very helpful and informative during the process of the sale (and previous viewings). The more viewings I had with either Adam or Vinny the better understood they were of what I was looking for. Adam was knowledgeable with all questions I had at any viewing and if he was unsure of the answer he would find out and report to back to me. The team were very helpful when conversing with the sellers/solicitors during the final stages of the purchase. Les, Adam, Vinny and all of the other agents that showed my house were keen to keep me in the loop with the feedback from viewings, Enza in the office was always able to provide information to all parties, and Lena made sure that the sale progressed despite a couple of setbacks. GoogleAvoid!! Unprofessional staff! Most of the properties advertised by them are not even available 'anymore'. It's just a catch. They just trying to get your contact details to then harrass you. The agent called Max was disrespectful with my partner when it came to negotiating the price of a house he managed to find us after a long-long search.

GoogleWe have finally moved house. It was sold within a week but it took us a lot longer to find a house due to COVID. Despite the whole process taking a long time, Les and his team were highly motivated both with the selling and the subsequent chain management. Our sale fell through, again due to COVID. Les was able to sell the house again as he had a great many people on his books. From first contact the team were very professional and they certainly earned their fee. We also looked at a number of houses being marketed through Foundations and can categorically say that his sales team were not pushy (I hate pushy agents) and they took the time to know what we were looking for. Les in particular took the time to really understand the house, what it's charms were and ensured it was priced correctly for the market and within a range we were comfortable with. The marketing of the house was open, honest and of excellent quality, highlighting the key features. The team were considerate of the challenges of having people view during COVID times whilst we needed to work and look after our daughter, but were also restricted on where we could go! Viewings were limited to truly interested and ready to buy parties, which was evident from the feedback received, second viewings and offers. GoogleHaving decided to sell our house we approached 3 local estate agents to obtain a valuation for our property and estimate of their fees. All 3 gave the same valuation and fees, with a few variables around tie in periods. We chose Foundations of Woking primarily because of the research we had carried out previously and because of Les’ ‘can do’ positive attitude when we first met him. We were not disappointed! In just over 6 weeks from first meeting Les we marketed our house for £15k more than first estimated and with the help of Lyons & Co Solicitors, the sale was completed and we’d moved out. With these time scales the pressure we put ourselves under to assist the chain was considerable, however having a dedicated solicitor and estate agent was paramount to the process running smoothly. Thank you to Les, Vinnie, Enza, Adam, Kerry and especially Lalena (for her regular updates and dogged tenacity). We would throughly recommend Foundations of Woking for a professional and personal service.
