FacebookA very professional and excellent service received from Gero, John & Rosamaria at Foundations Lettings. Gero's expertise and advice to us has been invaluable.Excellent photo's and description created, which we are sure resulted in the property being snapped up very quickly. Property went "live" on 22nd January, offer received and accepted on 25th January, with tenants moving in on 1st February. Thanks guys - job very well done.

GoogleFoundations have been amazing throughout the whole process of selling the family home. Kevin started the process for us by selling the property within the first week he was truly amazing and extremely helpful. Our next stage was all the paperwork and endless phone calls from us which was then dealt with by Lalena, who was there for us every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble, she got us to the final completion stage giving us complete confidence that she was there for us. We have nothing but praise for this local estate agent and would highly recommend them to anyone who is starting out on this process as they will make a very difficult time much easier to deal with. Thank you to the team at Foundations.

GoogleAmazing Experience for our stay in Centrium for 4 Years. Special Thanks to John Henry. John helped us to sort out any issues (which were very less) which we had in Apartment promptly. Truly Professional Team.

GoogleFoundations have provided an excellent service and in particular Lalena who has gone out of her way to help my transaction through what has been a very long process. I would definitely recommend their professional and personal approach.

GoogleThe house move itself was anything but straight forward, but Foundations managed it superbly - in particular Lalena in the Sales Progressor team was exceptional, I would use Foundations again simply on her alone! Thank you Lalena!

GoogleShower broke 3 weeks ago, still no idea when it will be fixed. Apparently the latest communication always only arrives the moment before we call. Agent is just busy blaming everyone else and has no clue about what needs to be done to get the shower fixed. Not sure if this is just because we are from the continent. MERRY CHRISTMAS

GoogleFoundations were fantastic during our purchase. They (especially Lalena) exceed all of our expectations in keeping us updated and ensuring that the purchase was handled as smoothly as possible.

GoogleAbsolutely fabulous experience selling a property with Foundations. I really appreciated their team approach to the whole process - it all worked seamlessly, with every person knowing what their role was and how to step in when required. I think the whole team are really professional, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. I do want to mention Lalena in particular, however, as she really did work hard to make sure that things progressed through the tricky process prior to exchanging contracts. I really appreciated her being there during those stressful moments - she even worked through some of her holiday time to make sure that all the ends were tied. Well done Foundations - you really are streets ahead of the others.

GoogleAs a tenant, I am very happy with the service provided by Foundations! Very nice people and very quick to respond to emails. The oven of the property I moved into was not working and 12 hours after I reported this problem I was receiving a new oven! Extremely efficient people and wish all of them success!

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Foundations, Nathan was extremely helpful and provided a very professional service throughout the entire process of finding me my perfect home. I found he always went the extra mile to accommodate my requirements and would definitely want to deal with him again if I ever move again.

GoogleFoundations recently sold our property. From valuation stage to exchange we experienced a seamless service and we would recommend Foundations to anyone buying/selling. Marketing materials were created quickly and of very high quality, communication prior to and on market was timely and professional. The team carried out well timed viewings with proceed-able customers and secured a good offer from a vetted buyer. Efficient sales progression post offer acceptance meant we exchanged within record time which suited all parties. At every stage, the small/family run team at Foundations provided an honest and professional service, every staff member knew our property and status of our transaction. Many thanks to all involved.

GoogleWe are so happy that Foundations were the agents who both sold our house and found us one to buy. Our house sale and purchase was a very long drawn out affair but all the staff at Foundations, from the owners downwards, always acted with the greatest patience and professionalism in helping us through the process. As important as their professionalism however is that all of the staff at Foundations are very personable, a rare combination. At all times they were the most pleasant of people to work with. We would thoroughly recommend Foundations to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleCould not ask for a better team to help find our forever family home! Les, Kerri and Lalena have just been amazing! They helped us navigate a tricky market, and always were transparent, open and friendly with nothing being too much trouble. After a long search which we felt they were also emotionally invested in we are in our forever dream home and it is all thanks to their tireless efforts. Best agent experience we have had - can’t fault them! (Ps. Still owe you that bottle of champers! ☺️)

GoogleGreat service from start to finish selling my flat in Woking. Lalena was fabulous!

GoogleMy experience of selling my house through Lalena at foundations was top notch. Her EQ, IQ and project management of the process is - compared to a other agents in the area - the best. Leagues above the others. If I was to do the process again, in this area, I would only choose her for the job. Lalena us exceptional. Happy to provide personal references if a buyer or seller should wish.

GoogleWe have purchased and recently sold our property via Foundations. Their handling of both transactions was very professional, polite, often going above and beyond their duty to help us. I highly recommend them and certainly would use their services again. Special thanks to Lalena for all the hard work!

GoogleLetting made easy. Only two trips required: one to view and one to sign and take the keys. Very useful if one is coming from different county. Some missing documents are accepted via fax/e-mail in order to save one trip back to the agency.

GoogleI can not express how highly we would recommend Les, Kerri and the rest of their fantastic team at Foundations. From the initial valuation, viewings, the negations on the offer and the whole sales process. It was exceptional from start to finish. Thank you.

GoogleGiving 1 star is being generous. The interaction we had with them was disappointing and we were treated in a very rude manner. Wouldn't recommend.

GoogleSuper team and wonderful to deal with. A complicated process was made very smooth. They find people who actually want to buy a property and in turn offer constructive feedback and manage both buyer and seller accordingly. We competed yesterday and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Thank you.
