GoogleWe did not actually end up letting the property with Foundations in the end, however in the midst of a day looking at multiple properties with multiple agents, they really stood out as being organised, were on time and clear and factual about the property. In comparison to all of the unnamed other agents we saw through the day, Foundations were the only ones who got it right.

GoogleThe offer has been accepted and marked as Sold STC. Within 2 months, the agent put the property back to the market secretly and let people viewing the house. I have not received any notice about I need to exchange within 2 months.

GoogleListed my co-owned property without my knowledge or permission and now refuse to discuss it with me. Massively unprofessional.

GoogleA thoroughly nice bunch of people to deal with, the full asking price of my property was achieved in the minimum of time too, I couldn't ask for a better outcome. I had some anxieties going into the sale of my property, but Foundations made the whole process a simple and pleasant experience, if I had to do it all again, I would choose Foundations without hesitation.

GoogleCan’t thank Foundations enough. Just exchanged on our sale and purchase and without Lalena at Foundations it would not have happened. She has been fabulous at keeping the chain together and pushing through on all the missing pieces to make sure we could exchange before a looming deadline. Great service and kept smiling even through some tricky conversations.

GoogleFoundations were a real pleasure to deal with. They worked with us to present the house well, and found the right buyer very quickly. GoogleTrying to sell a house during the past year has been challenging but Foundations continued to provide their excellent service unhindered by lockdown and other Covid related restrictions. This is the second successful sale that Foundations has concluded for me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and approachable agent.PositiveProfessionalism

TrustpilotThe estate agents advertised a house…
The estate agents advertised a house with standard 5 weeks deposit and then one months rent in advance. After receiving a holding deposit of one week they changed the contract to 2 months rent in advance and holding deposit. Very untrustworthy company please stay away.

FacebookGero and Kerri thank you so much, for all your help and professionalism. To be honest I was a little apprehensive renting my house out, simply because I have never had any dealings with the rental market, you have both made it so easy and uncomplicated, you have been more than helpful. I can't thank you enough. Kind regards Jayne

GoogleFoundations came on board as second agents and manage to secure a sale very quickly. They provided a lot of support throughout the process often going above and beyond to help ensure good communication between the parties and help smooth any issues.
