GoogleWe have rented out a house for 5 years with Foundations and only just also sold it through them. I can only state that the service (over and above) has been nothing short of superb. Nothing has been too much trouble both with the rental staff (John) and sales staff (Lalena). We had a difficult tenant but John handled all queries with calmness, pragmatism and efficiency. Our sale was not straight forward, even though it was a short chain, we were mainly relying on Lalena to find out any information or progress over this extended period; her actions gave us reassurance. I am not convinced that our sale would have happened as 'quickly' as it did without Lalena's gentle pushing and persistence down the chain. We are very happy with both the rental and sales aspects of Foundations of Woking; we have no hesitation in recommending Foundations to anyone in the Woking area. Thanks and very good work.

If you want to sell your house with the bonus of having an enjoyable and stress free experience, then look no further - Foundations Team are knowledgeable, personable and a 'Can-Do' fun group of professionals. My parents unexpectedly fell in love with a new house, and realised that they had to sell theirs fast if they weren't to miss out. Within only 4 days, Foundations had given us advice on how to prepare the house, taken stunning photos, rung round their database to line up viewings of people who were ready to move and started to advertise. In less than 10 days they secured us a buyer and then continued to hold my parents' hands through the process of transaction to ensure everything was as simple and easy as possible - they even ran paperwork over to their local solicitors to help relieve any potential stress! And now, in less than 10 weeks, the exchange has taken place smoothly and they move in a week. A fantastic achievement for the team at Foundations - we are so delighted and happy that we could work with such a super group. GoogleMy partner and I registered as buyers with Foundations of Woking. We didn't end up buying a property through them so I cannot comment on their sales progression service, hence the 4 stars, but the service which we did experience was excellent. I think that this is a fairly small independent estate agent and, as a result, the service has a great personal touch. I loved that it was the same person who did the valuations, worked with the sellers, and showed the buyers around the properties. It meant that the service felt more personal and that I could get answers from the agent during the viewing, not the next day once the agent had spoken to someone else in the office. We were shown around houses by Stephen and Adam. Both of them were really friendly, knowledgeable about the properties and the areas, made useful and realistic comments, and were skilled enough to highlight the good points about the properties without making it feel like an obvious sales pitch.

GoogleWhen we receive a service that we are pleased with we naturally do not take the time and effort to write a review. However, when we are not satisfied we do.....I however am more than satisfied and more than willing to write a review. Last October I decided to invest in the property market and as of last week I completed on my 2nd property......all with the help of Foundations. Both properties have also been successfully let by Foundations…..all completed within a 6 month period. As a complete novice to the property market, Foundations guided me through both the purchasing and letting of the properties in a professional, courteous manor with particular attention to detail within the advisory role, which I needed plenty of. At no point did I feel pressured into making a decision and although at the purchasing stage Foundations are acting in the best interest of the vendor, I felt my best interest was always considered. I was made to feel that neither managing partner was too busy to deal with my queries or take my calls; missed calls were followed by an apology and returned without delay. I would highly recommend Foundations to any respective buyer or landlord.

GoogleI am really surprised by the negative reviews. Over the years I have sold 3 properties through Foundations and have always found them to be very professional and have got the property price spot on. I have been updated with the progress of the sale and I know they have constantly had to contact the buyers' solicitors to ensure a smooth and swift sale. When the property market was slow and the flat wouldn't sell, I never heard any negative remarks from them and they continued to market the property and eventually it was sold.

GooglePoor, sometimes non-existent communication to us as sellers and at times downright rude. Not their fault that the sale stalled for just over 6 months to be fair but at one stage 12 weeks went by without so much as a courtesy phone call to see how things were for us! We had to constantly chase for updates and information. We were on the verge of remarketing our property (not with Foundations I might add!) when the sale miraculously went through after some further negotiation. On the day of completion it was us that phoned THEM regarding the fact we had heard from our solicitor monies had gone through and not the other way round. They said they had 'left messages' for us but they had not. All in all, a very poor experience with this estate agency and I would not recommend anyone I know using them. There are plenty more professional firms to use in Woking and unfortunately this is not a good advert for small independent agencies which is a shame.

GoogleFoundations dealt with both our sale and purchase and I can't fault them - we were kept up to date with what was happening and they balanced the timing between our sale and purchase perfectly. We have moved many times in the last 20 years and I'd say Foundations were by far the most professional agent we have ever dealt with. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends since who have used them with no problems.

GoogleAmazing service, we purchased a house through them in 2021. Unfortunately we later found the mortgage wouldnt go through as the root had insulation in it. Foundations came to the rescue, found a roofing firm within a week and the entire roof got replaced (at no cost to us). We are now living in our dream home and couldn't be happier.
