We were particularly pleased with our Lettings consultant Brandon Reynolds who chased things on behalf of ourselves and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. Brandon gave us reassurance when applying and helped us with everything he could. I would definitely use Bourne Estate Agents again after this experience

GoogleWe recently sold our property almost 12 months to the day from when we first put it on the market. We used the services of a number of agents (including their London connections). Bourne Estate agents was the last agency to be brought on board. However, although they came close, they did not actually make the sale. So why give Bourne a five star performance rating? In a bizarre sequence of events, on acceptance of our sale offer, the agency credited with the sale took a background seat and from then on had minimal involvement through to completion. As a consequence, we worked directly with the buyers ourselves. Unbeknown to us, in the three month period it took to get close to contract exchange, the Woking property market underwent a significant price correction. As a seller in an increasingly complex and ever changing market, we would have struggled had it not been for the intervention of our unpaid silent partner. Let me introduce Andy Gearing from Bourne Estate Agents of Woking. Andy’s sound advice and guidance in what turned out to be a very tough three months, undoubtedly kept the sale alive. Although there was no financial incentive either for Andy directly or for his agency, working behind the scenes, he went far beyond his remit in his support of our situation. Always available to listen to our moans about the state of the market, he took much of the pressure off us. For the first time we got an honest assessment of the challenges we were facing. This was also backed up with potential solutions one of which we implemented successfully The coming months will be challenging for both buyers and sellers alike. Most will work with one or two agents. We worked with six, and interviewed a number of others. If I knew then what I know now, I would have gone straight to Bourne in the first place. Lesson learned- thank you for all your 'pro-bono' advice and guidance

GoogleAndy , Ross , Jamie & the team in Bourne Woking have been fantastic to deal with. They were very helpful & responsive , making sure lines of communication were kept open , questions and queries were dealt with as quickly as possible and that everyone was doing what they needed to do , to ensure the transaction moved along . It was a difficult transaction and without their professionalism and support it would have fallen apart along time ago. I personally felt they went way beyond the service you would typically expect from any estate agent. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be returning to work with them in the future.
