GoogleTerrible experience with Scott Fraser as a tenant. All repair request had not been attended. Haven't seen deposit after 2 months moving out. The property manager Sol Jacobs-Byran ignores emails and messages which caused the delay of communication with the landlord.

GoogleWe've just moved into a lovely house in Witney, for which ScottFraser were the selling agents. We were wonderfully looked after by Ellie, from our very first first call to request a viewing all the way through to moving in. The process took far longer than expected, due to several issues further up the chain, which threatened to derail things. Ellie did an amazing job of holding everything together and keeping us "in the loop", even at times when it seemed nothing was happening. She was personable and engaging whilst remaining thoroughly professional throughout, and her cheery voice on the phone brightened many a day when we were feeling close to despair at the lack of progress.
