GoogleRebecca worked tirelessly with her colleagues to market and sell my property. It should have been a straightforward sale as mine was the end of a very small chain. But, online estate agents and online solicitors in the rest of the chain meant that Rebecca was tireless and persistent in chasing the deal through to a satisfactory conclusion. Rebecca was always polite and responsive despite the frustrations, as were her colleagues in the branch.

GoogleI own the Cotswold Housekeepers and Cotswold Commercial Cleaning companies, and we have done cleans for Scott Fraser via both their Witney and Oxford offices. At both offices their property manages have been excellent with their communication, which has enabled us to do our job well and deliver the service they expect. I can recommend Scott Fraser for both lettings and sales based on seeing the caliber of their staff and the properties they manage.

Jenna & Samantha have been so efficient, supportive and invaluable, they both offer a first class service, lovely ladies who I cannot recommend more highly. GoogleJenna and Samantha have been great in organising my new move! I viewed the property midweek and moved in on the Saturday (this is only due to their quick communication and efficiency)! Nothing was to much trouble and they replied promptly to any questions. Highly recommended and a very happy tenant!! GoogleGreat service from start to finish. Samantha Cassels and Jenna Bugler were courteous and efficient throughout my tenancy. At the outset, I saw the flat online on a Friday and I moved into it the following Friday. It could not have been any faster or smoother. And during my tenancy both of them were always available to deal with anything that I needed to ask about. Great job. Thank you!

The marketing was of an exemplary standard, they found me THE BEST tenants I could ever wish for and the whole process has been really smooth and easy.
