Just used Scott Fraser Witney for the second time to find us a tenant. Very pleased with the quality of people they put forward and we had several offers within 24hours. Special mention to Rachel at Scott Fraser who was professional in all aspects of her job. She has also provided advice and has been extremely prompt with all the paperwork. Its also nice that if Rachel is not available Sam is on the ball to also answer any queries. Great team and i would highly recommend them.

We recently sold and bought through Scott Fraser in Witney with Tom Mizen. Our experience was exceptional and we can’t thank him enough for helping us through the process of buying our first family home. We found a house which was perfect for us but had not got around to putting ours on the market, despite talking about moving for a while. Tom made the necessary arrangements for our house to be on the market within 5 days. It was sold to a proceedable buyer within 2 working days. It is thanks to his efficiency, knowledge and professionalism that we were able to move so quickly. Our sale and purchase went really smoothly. Tom guided us through the whole process and was always on hand to answer any questions or support where needed. No ask was too big, he really did go above and beyond to make things happen. Even after we moved he was on hand to help with final questions. He was such a pleasure to deal with. Unlike some other estate agents, with Scott Fraser it felt like we were dealing with professionals rather than sales people. Tom was honest and realistic throughout the process, we really appreciated that. Thank you to Tom and Scott Fraser for helping us move into our first family home.

Very professional and friendly team. They have been outstanding every step of the way with our recent property search for our family. In particular Jenny Bugler who was really helpful and took the time to really explain everything in detail to us, answering any questions we had and ensuring we fully understood our options. She kept us up to date and informed during the whole process and we were always received in a friendly manner. Renting remotely over internet can be daunting process but we were put at ease and if we were unsure about anything the team would go out of their way to explain things to us before proceeding. Cannot recommend Scott Fraser enough, especially Tom Mizen. Tom was actually acting on behalf of our Sellers (not us) but he was extremely proactive and gave us updates before our own Estate Agents did! He went the extra mile and met us at the property with the keys (two very distressed cats in the car) so the reduced trip to the office for the keys was much appreciated. We recently sold our converted chapel with Sarah and Ellie and they were absolutely fantastic. The photos were stunning, and the photographer took the time to capture the interesting features of the house, really spending the time to sell the lifestyle our home offered. Neither Sarah nor Ellie were your stereotypical estate agents, they don't give the hard sell and just tell you what you want to hear. They're honest and knowledgeable, and are obviously passionate about property. They know the local market and the target audience your property will appeal to. They didn't disappoint, they got great footfall through a well rounded marketing plan, and were excellent in communicating feedback to us. ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED! I moved already couple of times around Oxfordshire with different agencies, but Scott Fraser from Witney beat them all! Customer service and professionalism of Stacey - the person who was taking care of mine and Luter case, is above and beyond. These times is really hard to find nice place to stay with Landlord accepting pets. Stacey help me and my dog to find beloved home with amazing Landlord. All time I was feeling she really care and try her best, her emails and phones always were on highest standard and she is such a cute nice human being 🖤 She made all process nice and easy and everything go so quick and smooth ☺️ I am more than happy she take care about us :) And when I pick up keys - great surprise!
