GoogleWe have recently rented a house from Jenna at Scottfraser. We also rented one of ours at the same time. We own a number of properties in other areas and the process was by far the most straightforward. We paid the asking price for the one we rented and received the asking price for the one we rented out. Our house was rented within 1 week on a very long and secure tenancy. Very happy with every part of the service.

Originally our property had been on the market for a number of months without a sniff of an offer. By the time we decided to change agents, we had become pretty disillusioned with the whole affair.......then Tom came round to do an appraisal. He was a breath of fresh air, straightforwrd and honest in his assessment, he reignited our enthusiasm for the move. Viewings increased and then the offers came in and inevitably the acceptance of an offer. GoogleScott Fraser of Witney, have an amazing team who work fluidly together to offer you a reassuringly non hassle, prompt, friendly and professional fully managed Landlord service. We were nervous of renting our house out for the first time after hearing horror stories of bad management services and tenants and Scott Fraser reassured us and have delivered the service they promised. Highly recommend. We have spoken to several different staff and they all work together succinctly and never drop a ball. Exceptional.

GoogleThe team at Witney have been absolutely fantastic! Communication has been brilliant - they all did exactly what they said they would do and more. Rebecca, David, Victoria and Marc have been there every step of the way and they displayed a genuine interest in helping us in our house sale and onward purchase. Really friendly, personable, committed and professional. Would recommend wholeheartedly and have already been telling friends and family how impressed we have been!
