GoogleWe found Scott Fraser to be really proactive with getting viewings and their communication with us regarding the booking of viewings and feedback afterwards was excellent. Their pro activity lead to a number of offers coming in quick succession and subsequently and agreed deal close to the guide price. Even during the conveyancing stage the proactivity to get the deal completed was faultless. Will certainly be using their services again on other sales.

Ellie Fieldwick in particular has been outstanding throughout the whole process. We have not been the most straight forward of tenant but she has been extremely clear in her communications and supportive of both us and her client the landlord. We are now very happy tenants of our new home!
