Dan and Charlotte oversaw our move towards the end of 2020. Despite several challenges, both of them went above and beyond what you’d expect in terms of help, support and friendliness. Consistently professional throughout, they made me feel like whatever bumps there were in the road, it would be ok. They also made me feel like I was the only client they had, which, during an extremely busy period after pandemic restrictions were lifted, was testament to their customer care and passion. We have just sold our property through Haart, Witham branch. Ryan’s initial visit and enthusiastic valuation gave us the confidence we needed to proceed with marketing through Haart. We had previously been valued lower by other agents. Ryan returned and took amazing photographs, spending time with us to help optimise our property. We were thrilled with the advert! Within days we were flooded with requests to view. These were skilfully and swiftly managed by Chloe and Charlotte. They communicated effectively and professionally with us, ensuring the viewings were timely and appropriate and reassured me the viewings optimised our safety during covid-19. Everyone was brilliant. I could not have got my sale and purchase through without the team at Haart. They handled every hurdle so professionally and well. My property sold within a couple of days. When I lost my buyer due to unforeseen circumstances, they got me another buyer AGAIN within a couple of days. I was very apprehensive at the start of the process of selling and buying since it was 30 years since I had previously done a house move. I must complement you and your team ( and in particular your wife Charlotte) for putting me at ease from the very start. I had concerns about meeting the stamp duty holiday expiry date which would have been a great disappointment if it not been achieved. Initially this was my main concern, and little did I know that a whole series of further delays would ensue. These were outside of my control, but each was dealt with by your team in a cool an efficient manner. Your handling of my sale and purchase were carried out entirely to my satisfaction. I can't thank Haart enough for their support in this process. We had a terrible experience with the original estate agent we had put our houses on the market with. It wasn't until we started viewing properties with Haart that I realised what a rough deal we were getting with our existing one!! Every staff member we spoke to at Haart Witham were friendly, professional, very responsive and genuinely cared about our experience and finding us a property as well as helping us secure a sale on our own house. As soon as we could switch to Haart to sell our house we did and we sold within that week! From start to finish they were there every step of the way able to advise and support us. During this pandemic especially, it has been very difficult but they still managed to get us through to exchange of contract and in my eyes went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed on time. After searching for a property we came across a property with Haart. After registering our details with Chloe she suggested several properties that we then looked at. What was most impressive was Chloes proactive and personal approach. She took on our feedback and refined our search, providing us only with relevant properties. Eventually we agreed a purchase, which unfortunately later fell through due to complications arising from lockdown. At this time Chloe, Dan and the team were very supportive and helpful, and we viewed several other properties suggested by Chloe which all fit our criteria. We wound up finding through another agent, but if you are looking to sell or buy I can't recommend haarts in witham enough. They are by far the most proactive and personal agent in the area from my experience (having sold through a different agent, the name of which I won't mention, and registered with several others to find). I can honestly say that if I were back at the start of the process I would choose to sell through haart. They were consistent across all aspects of selling, they work hard to find you the right buyer and they were the only agent chasing my chain and providing me updates, as a buyer they weren't even technically working for me. Highly professional and highly motivated to get you sold, or find for you. Keep up the good work and wish you all the best!

Above and beyond! Daniel was incredibly impressive. I cannot fault his level of service. Considering the entire team is incredibly busy, he still offered a great service. Giving us peace of mind that he would chase all parties when needed but always having an open dialogue was the key point to note. Only slight negative was when shown the house (by somebody else) they said a few things about the property that turned out to be untrue. I think best to say you’ll get back to us rather than guess.

i cannot express how disappointed i am to have dealt with such a well known estate agency! i phoned countless times to discuss selling my house only to be put through to some call centre and to be promised that someone from the office would give me a call back of which i never recieved. i also tried to arrange a viewing only to yet again no one to call me back.
