I have experienced many estate agents , but none like Terry at haart in witham. He listened to what i had to say and showed me properties that matched my requirements and price range. I found Terry very knowledgeable in his field and any questions that i had for him he had the answers for. Terry was very approachable from the moment i met him and has made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Why cant all estate agents be like Terry.

I am so impressed with Rachael's commitment to work and kindness to her clients. I was showed three properties yesterday evening, she was patient, thorough and gave me no pressure at all. She followed up in a very professional manner, I could not praise more for her work ethic and the sort of experience she's offered me. This is the first time I had such an all-around good experience in property search and viewing. Rachael is the best estate agent representative I have ever met.

I would like to express my gratitude to Daniel Augustin and Rachael Desouza. Dealing with Haart Witham has been a really pleasurable experience from the moment I walked in through the door. The whole team are fantastic, incredibly down to earth and real characters. However i'd like to give a couple of special mentions, firstly to Rachael who made first contact when i enquired about purchasing a property, freeing up some time late in the day to show me around for a second viewing, and providing some top shelf banter where it usually lacks in situations like these. Terry for his sharing of local knowledge and his re-assurance with the initial mortgage process and Laura for all of the support she's provided throughout the entire purchase process.

Haart team at witham - It only takes one sentence: They sold my house within 24 hours of taking pictures, it didnt even get time to go online. Yes, they are slightly more expensive than other agents, but what you pay for is what you get. Two similar properties down my road have been on the market for over 5 months with other agents, and still not sold. Ryan took the time to talk me through everything, he didnt rush, he explained the process and didnt put us under any pressure. His photos of the house were great and he valued it well. Chloe and Rachel always pick up the phone, they are always there to talk to and always call back if you have any questions that you need to get answers to. They obviously do a lot of hard work in the background and are always bubbly! Charlotte has been fantastic at keeping me updated with the process of the chain developments, as well as my onward purchase, keeping me posted with weekly updates, even if there was no change. I liked this, as lots of the sale/purchase process can leave you in the 'dark' but with updates from Charlotte i didnt feel like that. I had 4 estate agents value my property but went with my gut instinct (Haart) and im glad i did. As mentioned, it was sold before going online... what more could you ask for? This has been my second experience using Haart estate agents and I would 100% recommend them. Our first contact was Ryan who is a great personality and although he may talk a lot he knows what he is talking about! He stayed in contact with us throughout and was always there to answer questions. Ryan passed us over to Chloe and Rachael who arranged all our viewings and sent us the lovely family who bought our house. Chloe and Rachael are very easy to chat too and work hard finding new ways to get our house seen by the right person. Getting from offer accepted to exchange was a long long process (which was out of our hands and Haarts hands) but Dan and Charlotte were with us the whole way. Never did I feel they had forgotten us, we had weekly updates either via phone call or email and I believe without Charlotte working in the background we may still not have exchanged yet! I would like to Thank everyone at haart (Witham) for helping us through what can be a stressful experience. Well done all and keep up the good work!!

You helped massively in what was a difficult time in my private life. You did a brilliant job of selling my previous home and helping my to buy my new home! HAART Witham may be one of the more expensive estate agents in the town. But after veiwing other properties with other agents in the search for my new home. These guys come out on top! All we can say is a huge thank you to the team at Haart Witham and even that isn't enough! Especially Lorraine, Laura and Charlotte who helped with chasing, dealing with enquiries and answering all of our first time buyer questions or sourcing the answer if not known. The entire team were easy to get hold of and someone was always able to speak to us. They went above and beyond and followed through on getting us in before Christmas and even completed tasks that were probably not their job to do but helped us massively! From the word go Haart have been brilliant. We had about 6 agents value the property, local and online agents and Haart gave us a price which we felt confident was a reflection of the current market. Their price was actually 25k above the lowest agents valuation. Within the first week we had around 10 viewings and an offer from one of them, the offer was 5k lower than the asking price, this offer was rejected and Haart set about finding us another buyer. Since day one we have had 4 people offer on our property all at asking price and we are now days away from exchange/completion. All the agents are friendly and knowledgeable. A massive thank you to Rachel who has worked her socks off to get us in the best position possible. I know we wouldn't of had a chance at our dream house without her and the team. Fee wise, Haart are in the ball park with other local agents and I have to say they are worth their weight in gold. The things that stood out for us were the professional photos, the way the property was marketed, thorough feedback and the personable relationship they built up with us. Hand on heart I could not recommend these guys enough.

We had Gemma Artus as our agent. She was brilliant from the moment we met her. She arrived early for our appointment. We noticed she didnt have a car and had walked several miles to meet us. She did not complain. Her positive attitude helped us put an offer on a property she had recommended to us-we didnt even know the property existed. She kept in contact with us throughout until our offer was accepted. We also had contact with other people in the team they were all really helpful and friendly. I contacted Haart to view a couple of properties and dealt with Gemma. She suggested more in the area and lined up a number of viewings for me. She confirmed all bookings by e-mail, promptly and clearly, and met me at the properties. She clearly understood my requirements and had matched my property needs well. She was very polite, friendly and helpful at all the viewings. She seemed to have a good rapport with all the venders that were home during viewings and was accommodating to their requirements, whether they wanted to join the viewing or be left alone. I am very disappointed the property I am interested in is not one of Gemma's and would recommend her to anyone looking to employ an estate agent.

Being a seller myself many years ago I think Rachael De Souza is a skilled property seller: positive and inspiring, knowledgeable of the product, market, buyer and seller, . I haven't found many negotiators of her standing these days. The result speaks for itself: I made offer the first time of viewing, had to negotiate up but eventually came to the price all sides were happy. I put my house up for sale with Haarts in Witham, Unfortunately I did not sell my house. But I was very happy with the people that came through the door. I would definitely recommend especially Rachael De Souza, there fees are expensive, but I found after using several various estate agents, Haarts are eager to find the buyer for your house, where I found estate agents offering 1% fees just market your house in their shop window and that is it. Haarts are doers and whether your house is worth £1m or £100k you get the same standards of marketing and service. EDIT: I put my house back up for sale with Haarts and it was sold within 2 weeks. Hopefully completing on new house next week.. Well Done to the team at Witham, Charlotte, Rachael, Ryan and everyone else. Thank you for all your help.

Recently telephoned Haart Witham for the first time to view a property on their books. My initial contact there was with Chloe Stuttle. Chloe has a great telephone manner and after asking permission, pleasantly took down quite in depth details of our requirements, what our sale/purchase situation was as well as details of the property we wished to view. She confirmed when we would like to view (the following day -Saturday) and stated that she would get back with viewing details. She also mentioned that there were a couple of other properties we may be interested in and if I was happy, she would make arrangements to also view them. It was noted that she efficiently emailed me the details .of the appointments arranged and sent the email to me at approx 7.15 pm on Friday evening. I sent a reply which I also noted was acknowledged by Chloe at about 7.40 am! Chloe is clearly prepared to work long hours. Chloe had arranged to accompany us to one of the properties and was there promptly. She was friendly, charming and helpful as we viewed the property, helpfully answering any questions we had, Although in the event we did not wish to proceed with any property viewed, we were very grateful to Chloe for her professionalism and interest. I should also record that in passing I had mentioned to Chloe that I would be interested in local allotments. Chloe had taken the trouble to research this locally and provided me with details. Hopefully, in the near future, Haart can provide us information with any suitable properties at which time we would be more than happy to be dealing again with Chloe. Thank you.

The house we wanted was on with two agencies and it went off the market before we were able to view it. We were fortunate it came back on and this was brought to our attention by Haart's Chloe, whereas the other agency failed to contact us. Rachael de Souza has, quite simply, been marvellous. The sale of my house was quick and efficient and not at all intrusive, as I had half expected. I knew I would be a difficult buyer, but she happily took on board every single item on my wish list, in her relentless pursuit to find a suitable property for me, but she didn't hassle me at all. While this eventually came up with another agent, Rachael was as thrilled as I was!! A real superstar! Ryan Edwards must get a special mention too - he takes such marvellous photos, I nearly bought my own house back! In addition, like Rachael, he is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. UPDATE July 2019!! Well, after many delays - not the fault of Haart, I may add, but all as the result of my planned purchase and then my sale falling through - we started all over again and Haart were as efficient as they were before! My house sold again before it was even advertised again properly, on the same day as we learnt it needed to be re-marketed. Exchange has finally taken place today (what a relief), but even at the eleventh hour, it all nearly went wrong and there were a few very stressful days, which were proficiently managed by a very attentive Charlotte Augustin! Due to some untimely family health issues, I wasn't at my most helpful and was reaching the end of my tether, however, Charlotte maintained a calm and professional approach and skilfully coaxed me through the nightmare! What marvellous employees Haart has - I hope they know how lucky they are!

We are first time buyers and have recently been accepted on our offer, although this was not with Haart Witham I would like to say a big thank you to Chloe for all her help during our search. On our first weekend of viewing Chloe arranged us five house viewings, only two were houses that we choose to see and the other three were houses Chloe chose herself for us to view after listening to what I mentioned we were looking for in a house. On the day two of the properties that Chloe chose for us turned out to be our favourites and two houses we would never have chose ourselves but were really surprised by and it opened our eyes a lot! I don't just feel I have had a five star service, I feel like chloe has gone above and beyond and If I could leave six stars then I would. She has stayed late of an evening to show me a property, she calls me at least twice a week to catch up, see how me and my family are and she is always excited about the new properties she wants to show me. She will always speak with Laura to keep me up to date with interest rates and what would work best as I am out looking for a couple of homes to use as buy to lets. Chloe's knowledge of Witham is fantastic and she make's me laugh when we are out and about together. Firstly I would like to mention that Chloe seem to fully understand what my requirements were, which demonstrates to me that she had listened to me attentively. From the moment I met Chloe I felt at ease, she made the whole process understandable and took the time to show me properties that were even in Chloe's words "curve balls", which I am so glad I viewed as it opened up my eyes to what was actually available to me. I also love the special relationship that Chloe has with Laura the mortgage adviser because her confidence in Laura knowing how to help me (and Laura definitely did) meant that I could look at all sorts of properties.
