From start to finish, Liam was outstanding. Buying our home turned into a long and at times very frustrating process, and Liam was the one constant who kept it all moving. He was the main driver chasing both sets of solicitors, staying on top of every outstanding point and pushing the sellers' side whenever things stalled. Honestly, without him I think the purchase would have collapsed. He communicated clearly, did exactly what he said he would, and went well beyond what you'd expect from an estate agent. If you're buying or selling, you want Liam in your corner. Five stars and then some, thank you.

My partner & I have been looking for a property for a little while now & have met with multiple estate agents & their sales teams - including Haart. We have met with Jessica Ribbans at a few properties & she has been, by far, the best estate agent we have had. Jess is always punctual & polite but the most important thing to us is that she knows her stuff about each property we've visited with her. Jess does her research & actually knows things about the property you are viewing; and if she doesn't know, she finds out & gets back to you in a timely manner. If we could have Jess show us all the properties we view (even those with other e. agents) we would! Jess is a credit to Haart.

Very positive experience. We used Haarts Witham to sell my mothers house and while they were not the cheapest, now the house has been sold, I firmly believe I made the right choice. All staff were very helpful, interested and gave good advice throughout the (bumpy) process. From advice on pricing, discounting and marketing to negotiations at the later stages, they were always on hand and helpful. Especially useful was the final "sales progressor" Sophie who kept us all informed, spoke to everyone and helped us get over the line without too much stress. I valued the help and advice of the manager Charlotte in our initial negotiations, which secured us the sale after our first buyer stalled. Also of note was Ryan who we met when first looking for an agent, a great communicator and very sensible in forming our price expectations. Clearly this is a well run operation. I wasn't expecting great things from Haarts due to previous national issues but I was proven wrong. The Witham branch did everything expected and more. I would certainly recommend this team to anyone wanting to sell (or buy) a house in the local area.

I don't often write reviews but I feel the team at Haart Witham deserve one. They have been nothing but professional, friendly and tenacious the whole way through the process. Ryan conducted the initial valuation and ultimately took amazing pictures. This is the first time I have sold a house which, to me, was a daunting prospect but Ryan put me at ease. During the viewing stage the communication and feedback from Leila was spot on. Following agreement to sell, Charlotte and Stephanie were wonderful. Not only did they keep my fully updated at every step of the way, they were very proactive in ensuring the various experts moved the sale along to meet the agreed deadlines.
