Would recommend using Haart in Witham if you're looking to sell. All the staff are absolutely lovely...like a little family. Ryan took some amazing photographs of the house and explained everything about the process of getting it on the market and the pricing. Molly and Leila were constantly in contact and made sure we had plenty of viewers coming in all the time. Molly was always available to talk things through with and discuss strategies of how to get the best outcome for us. She pulled out all the stops for us to get our buyers. Aimee is now on hand to make sure the deal is going smoothly to enable our buyers and our forward purchase is all as it should be and that everybody is kept up to date and reassured with a few laughs on the phone about it all when there have been any worries.....which is SO important. They have been completely professional throughout and are always on hand to speak to or pop in if you need any help with paperwork or reassurance with anything. The girls have scanned a few things through to the solicitors for me to save time and get things moving quickly. Joy their mortgage advisor has also been absolutely amazing and has explained everything so clearly so we knew exactly what we needed. She made it easy. Mortgage all sorted. Lovely lovely lady. All of my questions have been answered immediately either by email or on the phone by the whole team. They are always completely honest which is refreshing.....no hidden agendas...just straight talking...which is essential when going through the selling and buying process. Thanks guys.....you are SUPERB x

Molly was the agent who I dealt with for the sale of my parents property. Molly was extremely helpful throughout the process which wasn’t quick due to the first buyers pulling out of the sale last minute. Molly updated me weekly until the flat sold and also kept in touch with me and assisted me once a buyer was found. Molly made the whole process much less stressful for me. Thank you Molly. I can’t rate the team highly enough. The whole team have been amazing but Aimee deserves a special mention for her incredible perseverance and professionalism. For reasons beyond the control of any individual in the process the matter became quite complex and protracted but we were kept up to date regularly and Aimee was incredibly proactive in keeping things moving. In fact it’s fair to say that without her I don’t think we would have got there. Unequivocally 5 stars from me!

Heart Estate agents are simply the BEST agents out there! It has taken me a long time to find a property, having initially spoke with Ryan in 2022. His knowledge of the local area was evident to see and his advice was INVALUABLE over the time I have dealt with the agency. Molly was GREAT at arranging times for me to see properties and helped support me along the journey. Her professional yet friendly approach cannot be understated and her continued efforts to assist me in purchasing a property. Great quality service I had used Haart to purchase my flat 4.5 years ago, and after researching the local estate agents when coming to sell, it was down to two to choose from. Haart’s pitch (backed importantly by figures) easily won and I’m very glad with my choice. Move manager Aimee has been a delight to communicate with and has been the driving factor behind the whole process. Without Aimee’s determination and energy I am not sure this process would ever be completed!
