All the staff at Haart Witham were friendly and professional from start to finish keeping me informed at every stage of progress and sadly sometimes lack of progress too. However special mentions to Charlotte and Stephanie. They are a good team and without their determination to keep up the momentum in the later stages of the process I would probably not have completed when I did. My solicitor was a little less than communicative but Charlotte kept us very well informed and always ensured that Stephanie knew the current situation and was able to keep up the pressure and keep me informed when Charlotte was not available. Big thanks to all the staff - Charlotte and Stephanie especially.

The team at Haart have been amazing throughout our buying process. Callum told us about the property before it came to market which meant we were able to book in to view without missing out. Towards the end of our purchase we had difficulty exchanging due to a number of reasons but Dan was helping us all the way, chasing wherever he could and keeping us updated in what was a very stressful time, I can't thank him enough for helping us at the end. A really positive experience with the Haart team, working towards selling my Mother-in-law's flat in Great Totham. Ryan did a great marketing strategy and took time to explain the market when we were having to make decisions as to how to proceed when offers arose; Daniel and Chloe worked with meeting potential buyers and Stephanie kept us up to to date while we moved from an offer of purhase towards completion. Had a great experience with Haart, Witham. I registered with them and Callum made me aware of a flat that hadn’t come on Rightmove yet and fit me in for a viewing. Once my offer was accepted, Daniel was really helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and always got back to me by email on the day or within a couple of days. Daniel also kept chasing my solicitor and kept the process moving as quickly as possible. Very grateful as a first time buyer who has no idea what’s going on. Would definitely use them again!

We cannot thank the team enough from start to finish ! Our whole home move has gone so smoothly and when things were dwindling they really pushed to keep it all coordinated! From the start Ryan gave us piece of mind that our own house would sell for the max it could and then knew exactly what we were looking for for our next one and got us a viewing really quickly for the one we bought ! Chloe and Calum were superb on doing our open day and when showing us other potential properties as well as giving us support if we phoned in to the office Steph was always there too when we needed any confirmation or anything to be followed up on with the Solicitors Laura was fab in securing our mortgage and overting more than one potential disaster ! Hi Daniel, From the start of the sale of our house, Haart Estate Agents at Witham were helpful and professional. Although the sale took a little longer than expected and there were a few issues along the way. Daniel and his team kept us informed and worked hard to see the sale through to a conclusion. Daniel especially worked above and beyond to ensure the house was sold and completed. We were buying a New Build house almost 200 miles away and needed the house we were selling to complete at the first time of asking, otherwise we would have lost our new house. Daniel and his team worked tirelessly to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. So many things can go wrong when buying and selling your home, but Daniel never stopped working to ensure nothing did go wrong. He spoke constantly to our buyer and to Taylor Wimpey, the company we were buying from. Due to his hard work and dedication we completed on the house we were selling on the 28th June and moved into our new house on the 1st July 2022. We had moved most of our belongings into storage and this worked out much cheaper that using a removal company. Chloe has been proactive, great at communication and very helpful in finding us a property. She has been having vision on behalf of us as we have special needs for mobility. All the properties she put forwards to us were accompanied by her having considered how we could adapt them. Charlotte, Daniel & Rachel were very helpful all in all. Rachel showed us around a few different properties and got us the one we wanted with the help of Daniel within our budget. During lockdown the house sale continued to go through and I was kept fully updated by Daniel and Charlotte. Despite the sale falling through Charlotte did all she could for us, chased solicitors etc and kept me updated and informed straight away. There were no delays, any questions I had were answered immediately and all remained professional throughout.
