I should like to recommend Rachael.Desouza@haart.co.uk as an Estate Agent who went the extra mile for me while I was trying to find a suitable property to buy. Nothing was too much trouble for her and even when I didn't respond in terms of buying something she suggested nevertheless she bounced back with any number of alternative properties for me to consider. Her cheery manner and professional opinion made the sometimes dreary business of trolling tnrough property after property an enjoyable experience. I can't thank her enough.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to Chloe and Charlotte for the amazing experience we’ve had with the Haart Witham branch. As first time buyers it’s been a bit of a minefield to negotiate and with our initial dealings with a different estate agent we weren’t impressed. However as soon I called Haart Chloe listened to exactly what we were looking for and recommend a property for us to view alongside the one I’d originally called about, myself and my partner were sceptical about viewing it but we are so glad we did as it was EXACTLY what we wanted and we ended up putting our offer in the next day. Our move was then handled by Charlotte who has been fantastic throughout, always answering our questions quickly and cheerfully. When we had a last minute meltdown over our Help To Buy ISA’s She really stepped in to make sure everything went through on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Haart to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Absolutely fantastic service from Haart Witham. Firstly we were recommended a house by Chloe. We were skeptical as other estate agents had previously sent us to terrible properties. However Chloe got our needs spot on! The property she sent us to was perfect for us and we put in an offer immediately. Throughout the negotiations we were kept well informed by Chloe and her colleagues. During the purchasing process we were kept well informed by the move manager, Charlotte. As first time buyers, we were not fully aware of the processes and the solicitors jargon was confusing. However, Charlotte was extremely knowledgeable and was so helpful at explaining things in the simplest of terms. I am not quite sure how we would have got though the whole thing without her! Would definitely recommend Haart Witham!

My best friend dragged me along to view a few properties with her. Frankie was the estate agent, and we were incredibly impressed with him. Laura only wanted to view one property, but Frankie cleverly arranged for us to see 5 other properties that were similar and in around the area Laura wanted. He was extremely professional, well prepared with key facts when we needed it. On the rare occasion, he didn’t have the answer - he endeavoured to find out for us. He was never over bearing - giving us the space to look at each property. He is perhaps one of the best estate agents we have come across.

Being a first time buyer is daunting, trying to find the right house within budget can be tricky. Luckily enough we found one advertised on Haart's website in Witham and booked to view. Solomon showed us around; he was professional and an all-round nice guy, who stayed in touch and helped us with our enquiries. We put in an offer and it was accepted. Clare helped us find the right mortage, her advice was valuable and very much appreciated. Then the dredded pandemic happened, it's a worry wondering if the deal would still go through. However, Dan was truly exceptional in keeping us in the loop during this period. He went above and beyond to keep us regularly updated and to get things moving, so we could finally get the keys to our first home. A big thank you to all the staff at Witham, you showed us great hospitality when we had visited you. You have a wonderful team, you should be proud. Gladly recommend anyone to use Witham Haart.

We brought our first house though Haart and from the get-go they was amazing! We enquired to view a house we was very interested in online.. not even 5 minuets later receive a phone call from Rachael setting up a viewing the same day, couldn't believe how quick the response was.At the viewing Rachael was very friendly and very helpful answering all the questions we had. We enquired if we could have another viewing and she let us view the property in the evening in her own time which was very good of her. Once we put the offer in and was accepted Charlotte was extremely helpful. Charlotte absolutely went above and beyond with helping us, chasing our solicitors, answering all our questions so quickly, always updating us on whats going on, really made us feel really at ease with all the stress of buying our first home. Since then the owners of the property circumstances changed and I have found elsewhere but if you want someone to hear what you want and know the house before you do then call Chloe. I purchased my first property with Haart Witham and from start to finish the staff at the branch who I dealt with have all been fantastic. I would like to say a personal thank you to Charlotte Augustin who was FANTASTIC to deal with from start to finish. I honestly feel the purchase would have still been waiting with solicitors if it was not for her persistence and resilience. Charlotte maintained excellent communication throughout the process and had a brilliant way of remaining personable whilst professional at all times.
