It has been a pleasure dealing with Chloe and the staff at haart, Witham. When I first set foot in the branch, Chloe was very welcoming and super friendly. I found her to be very attentive when I spoke of my requirements, and she continued to keep me apprised of any newly listed properties within the area. I can tell that she has a very natural way with people and this is a testament to her great people skills! (so invaluable) Also, a special mention to Laura for her help with my mortgage so far. A massive thank you to Charlotte and the team at Haart in Witham. We are hopefully nearing the end of a very long and stressful chain (8 months and counting) and even though Haart are not our estate agents they have been the ones who have kept us up to date and have done everything they can to keep the chain progressing. After 2 previous chains collapsing we are now onto our 3rd buyer and with Charlotte keeping behind all the relevant parties in the new chain I am sure we will finally move soon. If you are looking to sell your home in Witham and the surrounding areas I would highly recommend using Haart!

Charlotte Marcus, what an absolute star you have been from start to finish. Our house was sold for full asking price in a very short space of time and the service since has been fantastic. We had some issues with the chain and exchange and Charlotte was on the case going above and beyond for us, even coming in on her day off. UPDATE July 2019!! Well, after many delays - not the fault of Haart, I may add, but all as the result of my planned purchase and then my sale falling through - we started all over again and Haart were as efficient as they were before! My house sold again before it was even advertised again properly, on the same day as we learnt it needed to be re-marketed. Exchange has finally taken place today (what a relief), but even at the eleventh hour, it all nearly went wrong and there were a few very stressful days, which were proficiently managed by a very attentive Charlotte Augustin! Due to some untimely family health issues, I wasn't at my most helpful and was reaching the end of my tether, however, Charlotte maintained a calm and professional approach and skilfully coaxed me through the nightmare! What marvellous employees Haart has - I hope they know how lucky they are! Rachael de Souza has, quite simply, been marvellous. The sale of my house was quick and efficient and not at all intrusive, as I had half expected. I knew I would be a difficult buyer, but she happily took on board every single item on my wish list, in her relentless pursuit to find a suitable property for me, but she didn't hassle me at all. While this eventually came up with another agent, Rachael was as thrilled as I was!! A real superstar! Ryan Edwards must get a special mention too - he takes such marvellous photos, I nearly bought my own house back! In addition, like Rachael, he is friendly, helpful and enthusiastic.

Rachael De Souza has been fantastic all round! found us our dream home as first time buyers in such a tough market! communication from the off was great with viewings and times to fit around us. not to mention she had some really good ideas on how improve the properties to tailor them to our styling in ways i would not have even thought of! and i am an electrical engineer as trade! she has a very good wealth of knowledge on not only the property market but the interior design also with materials and how to apply them which was nice. haart did offer in-house for a mortgage adviser but i had one already, and i have taken haarts legal team JS Law which have i have also had good contact with. All round we are very happy, we cant wait to move in to our first family home that we actually will own for once !

I sold my property back in October last year. Heart were professional, had great communication and worked together brilliantly as a team. They were very positive about selling my property and gave me the hope that I was looking for. Charlotte looked after my sale, she had such drive and ambition and was very pro active. Unluckily for me two buyers pulled out to begin with but Haart were very quick to find me a third buyer who had no chain and was a cash buyer so out of bad came good and my sale completed within 4 ,and a half months. Excellent service i would definitely recommend them.

All we can say is a huge thank you to the team at Haart Witham and even that isn't enough! Especially Lorraine, Laura and Charlotte who helped with chasing, dealing with enquiries and answering all of our first time buyer questions or sourcing the answer if not known. The entire team were easy to get hold of and someone was always able to speak to us. They went above and beyond and followed through on getting us in before Christmas and even completed tasks that were probably not their job to do but helped us massively! I can't recommend the Haarts witham team enough from start to finish. Molly, Dan and the whole team were fantastic. This was a long process due to a load of factors spanning 16 months. But while the expected professional approach was always there with viewings and stuff, the personal touch and support especially, is what got me through this.
