I've just bought my new home through haart in Witham with Aimee Allen and she's been great through the whole process. When viewing the property initially I didn't feel rushed or under any pressure. The process following has been incredibly long which is due to my circumstances but Aimee has helped keep things moving and kept me informed throughout. Although I'm hoping I don't need the services of an estate agent again any time soon I'll definitely be coming here first.

We did reach Haart as we were looking to buy our first home and book some viewings. Charlotte did reach out to us to know about our situation and which were our house preferences, “musts have”, etc in order to find our property. Since day 1, she has been really approachable and helping us with any new homes being added, book us last minute appointments as we were travelling from a long distance, any doubts, etc. We appreciate a lot her professionalism and assistance in the process, as house hunting is a really stressful process to handle!

A big thank you to Haart for all their help with our house move to Witham. We were not part of a huge chain, but a chain nonetheless, which comes with various hurdles. We got super frustrated as we were time-pressured, but Aimee, along with Charlotte and some of their colleagues along the way, were always pleasant and polite. Aimee in particular totally understood our time constraints and always had a nice encouraging word for us. It has felt like a group effort in which everyone was invested and cared about the outcome for us and our seller, who we grew to care about as well. Thank you Haart !

Working with Charlotte was a pleasure, she was very good at being the bridge between myself (purchaser) and the vendor. She really helped keep the sale on the tracks despite there being multiple complications with the mortgage.
