Haart Witham has a fantastic and professional team. From the beginning meeting Ryan, A very likable and honest gentleman. He won't feed you with what you want to hear, he tells you as it is which is what you want when making a decision to sell your well loved home. Ryan was also extremely helpful when we found other properties. He would give us him honest review and guide us the way you would want to be guided. Charlotte and Dan were very helpful in our first house purchase. Being first time buyers we needed extra information when it came to buying a house and any questions we had they was more than happy to help us with. Even though we had a difficult chain and solicitor they was consistently chasing for us and updated us as and when they could. In future we would work with them again when it comes to finding a new house.

Stephanie Burston at Haarts Witham has been amazing and worked so hard for me during a very difficult buying and selling process. I was privileged to work with the Haart team based in Witham again, this time I was selling my property. The property had previously been advertised for a couple of months and it did attract the right buyer. Haart approached me to market the Property, initially I thought all estate agents were all the same, guess I was wrong, the property was sold before it was advertised online, yes! The team are that good, Chloe found the buyer and I will strongly recommend you get Ryan to take your photos, he is the real deal also, take his directions when it comes to re arranging some furniture items to improve the aesthetics of your home. Once the Sale had been accepted, I started working with Charlotte Augustine. Absolutely delightful to work with. Charlotte was on the ball, she facilitated communication and tasks between Buyer, Buyer’s Solicitor and Seller - Seller’s Solicitor. Charlotte kept me informed all through the legal process, which for me is the most important as I am very keen on weekly update. When it was time to exchange contract and completion, Charlotte made sure I was informed on the next steps and key actions I needed to take. Oh, should Charlotte or someone in the team recommend using a specific solicitor, do consider it as this makes communications easier. Thanks dream team, pleasure working with you.
