Kirsty Young was utterly fantastic at keeping the whole process moving along and keeping everyone in the loop and chasing when chasing needed to be done (which was definitely needed at times!). Charming, polite and equipped with formidable sales flair, Natasha was instrumental in me being put in pole position as a buyer. The vendor of the property I ended up buying (competing with two others) also clearly warmed to Natasha. A real pleasure to work with, Natasha even remembered meeting me years previously in connection with another property sale - she clearly listens to her customers (and has a truly brilliant memory!) Avoid! Currently have my house on the market with them. Yet had no contact from them for weeks. Sold the dream, to trap us into a contract with them. And they cant even pick up the phone to check in. Have made a complaint to Head Office who agreed that the lack of contact & communication was unacceptable and assured me someone will contact me.. still waiting!!! If you want to sell your house and receive better service, don't waste your time with Haart Wisbech! Its a shame I have to give them 1 star, as they deserve 0!

From the start of the selling process through to exchanging contracts, both Kirsty and Robert have been fantastic. They have dealt with all our needs around selling the property and were especially helpful and understanding following the death of my mother in law, which meant Grant of Probate needed to be applied for. This delayed the sale but their help and support made all the difference, right down to sending on post and final metre readings, as we don’t live close to do it our selves.
