We have used Haart on more than one occasion for buying/selling properties. We have found all the staff professional, friendly and helpful in particular Jamie Neve, but there is one lady Lindsay Farrar who really does deserve 5 gold stars as she has gone above and beyond in assisting us through a very stressful 8 months. We have nothing but positive things to say about Haart. From our very first meeting with Jamie, he was friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. He was honest about the fact that it might take a little longer to find exactly what we were looking for, but reassured us that it was realistic we would find the right home. It took a few months, but when the perfect house came onto the market, we were able to make an offer the very next day. In fact, someone from Haart even called us to let us know about the property because they thought it would be a great match for us, which we really appreciated. Once our offer was accepted, we mainly dealt with Lindsay, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She kept everything moving behind the scenes and was always quick to answer our questions and sort anything that came up. We also used Adam from Just Mortgages as our mortgage adviser. He was fantastic from start to finish, giving us honest advice about what we could comfortably afford and making the whole mortgage process much less stressful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Haart. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house. Thank you again to the whole team!

A big thank you to Ellie at Haart Wisbech for her professionalism and genuine helpfulness to find us a property. We only wish that we could have used her at Haart to market the sale of our Residential Park Home, but at present Haart do not deal with Park Homes. However, Ellie although not acting for our sale gave us more useful information as well as maintaining regular check ins on our situation and progress, again much more than our Estate Agents have done. And although our goal posts have changed in that we now have to move out of this area... and are no longer in need of Ellies services, she has taken the trouble to wish us good luck again with genuine concern.
