GoogleJames MajorMackay came out and gave us a valuation on our property. After the tour of our home, in which he was respectful and supportive of our family life including sensitivity around our elderly relative, we discussed how he could help us if we were to choose agency. James is clearly very knowledgable and takes his role seriously, though he is also warm and approachable. I was really impressed when he arrived prepared and had lots of information to share with us. James highlighted for us things we’d not considered and gave us time to process this and ask questions. He was patient with my lack of understanding and reassured me we could ask further questions at any time including a follow up call a few days later. I especially liked that at no point have we felt pressured (which can sometimes be the case when selling a home). I would definitely recommend James if you need a valuation of your property.

GoogleWe worked with Kimberley Green from Haart Spalding and she has gone above and beyond to help us at every step. She was very easy to contact with any questions we had and was very helpful when organising viewings and went out of her way to show us round house with short notice. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area and really put our mind at ease about the area. She made us feel so comfortable and talked us through the whole process. As first time buyers this was so good for us to feel confident. We have worked with many estate agents since looking to move but Kimberley gave us the confidence and information we needed to feel confident with our choice. She is the best estate agent we have experienced personally.

FacebookAvoid! Currently have my house on the market with them. Yet had no contact from them for weeks. Sold the dream, to trap us into a contract with them. And they cant even pick up the phone to check in. Have made a complaint to Head Office who agreed that the lack of contact & communication was unacceptable and assured me someone will contact me.. still waiting!!! If you want to sell your house and receive better service, don't waste your time with Haart Wisbech!

GoogleWe've been trying to sell our house for a while and recently switched to haart estate agent Wisbech. Zoe at haart has made such a difference and has had a huge impact on the way the bookings/ viewings have been taking place. She really has eased the pressure and removed the stress of this whole process, Zoe is extremely organised and has a highly professional work effic, shes always keeping us informed of whats going on and gives us feed back from potential buyers, never without a smile, Zoes continues to work hard helping us achieve our sale.. GoogleHappy with Wisbech Haart selling my late Father in Laws property. It took a while due to a difficult market and our buyers chain breaking down initially but it all turned out ok in the end. GoogleI could not praise Kirsty enough and her hard work! The whole team in haart was amazing selling our house, but big thank you to Kristy who had to deal with me on daily basis for weeks (and believe me I’m a massive pain who wants an answer right here right now) she would keep updating me daily, chasing informations for me and basically providing best service ever imagined. Haart Wisbech- best agency. Will recommend to anyone who will want to sell/buy etc!
