Kamile was very thorough in everything she done for us and always called us back when she said she would. Knowing that i am disabled when phoning me she allowed the time to get to the phone in my time which i was very grateful for. My partner used Haart Wisbech, to sell his cottage. I cannot recommend Kirsty highly enough, she is an absolute credit to the company. She has provided a dedicated service, and has been an invaluable go between, with the conveyancers, who were not nearly as available, or easy to get hold of. I don't think he could have gone through this stressful process so easily without her constant polite and always friendly assistance. She was always available to answer any of his questions or talk through his thoughts, as he hadn't sold a property in years, since before everything's been completed online. So again a very big THANK YOU, to Kirsty!

The service and support we received from the outset were excellent as we need guidance on suitable towns as we were relocating 150+ miles away. Although the house we were purchasing fell through in the end, the team despite this then assisted us with an introductions to the Haart letting team as a contingency we decided to rent whilst looking for a new property. Bought our forever home through Haart Wisbech. Only negative we had was the recommended solicitors JS LAW, please stay away from them but that's another matter. Now for the good, Haart Wisbech's mortgage advisor absolutely lovely and made the time to go through any options that we may of missed. Megan Morris was our contact throughout our purchase, at times it felt Megan was the only person who would answer the phone. If we needed anything we could email or call Megan and it was chased, answered or sorted. We had a slightly complicated sale come to the end of it and even just talking with Megan re-assured us that everything was in hand with constant updates. We've been selling my Mum's bungalow with the help of Haart and I would recommend them as Estate Agents - it's when things go wrong, rather than when they go well that you really need and appreciate the good people working with you and the folks at Haart have been diligent and consistently helpful throughout several tricky elements of this experience. Shane was friendly and engaging in our first meeting and did a great job of photographing and marketing the property - so good that we easily managed to sell the property twice (first sale fell through).
